I don’t usually write reviews but William (he said they call him SpongeBob) was really sweet! I had trouble with an online order and he went out of his way to make it right even though I’m a complete stranger and he didn’t have to. The service was honestly the best I’ve gotten in a while and it means a lot that they care about their customers so much. I’ll be sure to keep ordering with you guys! :)
Usually i have no issues with my subs but today I had a different experience that I just had to review. I ordered a subwayclub with provolone, toasted, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes,onions,green peppers, pickles, and honey mustard. I got a very different order. I got a subway club with no cheese at all, not toasted, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, and mayo was added to it. The sandwich also seemed to be smushed or handled roughly. This is hands down my favorite place to eat. I can tell they have been victims of inflation like everyone else and had to downsize a few things but it is still a great restaurant with excellent food and service. The bread seems to be smaller by a little bit but like I said they are just trying to keep cost down during this rampant inflation.
