Go to taco bell a decent bit, and all of my interactions have been good. Until today (1/18 est.1:30am) the staff were very unprofessional. They really couldn't keep anything straight. I understand laughing and carrying on during the job, but when you have a customer atleast make sure they are taken care of before you decide to go back to your laughter and stuff with your coworkers. It was just overall annoying, but surprised they had ice for my drink.

The lady at the front counter was very pleasant. The tacos on the other hand were awful. I paid $10 for 3 Dorito tacos and they weren't full at all. They were basically half a taco, with the smallest line of taco meat at the bottom.

If I had a choice of no stars that’s what I would’ve done. My family and myself went there Christmas Eve, & wasn’t waited on and while I had to use the kiosk the manager and the guy she was working with on table was cussing me and the other customers out, then waited on our food for 35 minutes. It was ridiculous. I called for the corporate number and the guy stated it’s 1800tacobell but I called and that number isn’t in use. Something needs to be done!!
