being a restaurant owner myself, I found myself stranded here in Princeton. Stumbled my way into Texas steakhouse and saloon, and I tell you what I could not be more impressed by the Monday night bartenders and staff, service was great. Food was great. They went above and beyond to make sure the bar regulars were taken care of and last call was after close. March 3rd 2024..2:45 pm, stopped in on our way back to Canada with my 84 year old mother. It was Sunday, and it was busy. I requested a booth near the bar that i could see was empty, the host indicated it wasn't cleaned, but he would clean it right away for us, and he did. Excellent.We were seated within 3 minutes, our server "Adriana" came over right away to take our drink orders. She was attentive, pleasant, and had a great sense of humor, a real treasure. Food was good overall. Took just shy of an hour to get our food on a Saturday night. If you're hungry don't bother waiting. Too long in my opinion. Our server was very friendly.
