The server, bless her heart, was very forgetful. She forgot our salads, so we received them after our entrees, and then forgot to bring us condiments after we asked three times. My salad had a dead fly in it, so I didn’t touch it much. The kitchen overcooked my steak and it had to be remade, and the onion petals are very undercooked. All in all, not worth a trip. My husband and I gave this place another try after not coming for over a year due to the same issues, and it seems it hasn’t changed. We won’t be back.

Always good food and service. One of the few places in Roanoke that I haven't had a bad experience.

Great service , great steaks

The steak was a little overcooked, but my server was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She had bright red hair and her personality was even brighter. She was fun to talk to and we never even had to ask for a refill because she stayed on top of it. 10/10.

I had filet mignon and bf had the NY strip. Mine was dry, dry but his was amazing. Very juicy. They bring out really warm rolls and salads are huge portion. Service was on the slower side. But overall would deff go back!

Not one of my better visits. 2nd time at this location, first was outstanding. This visit, I was seated immediately, but it took a solid 10-15 mins to be greated by my server and place my drink order. Once I was able to order, the food came out quickly, but the salad came the exact same time as my entree, allowing my entree and side to get cold while I ate my salad. The steak was a bit salty, and I love a well salted steak, but it was cooked properly and very tender. The sweet potato was prepared well amd delicious. At the end of the meal it seemed to take a long time for the checkbto be delivered and my card sat on the table a good 8-10 mins after the check arrived before it was taken for payment. All-in-all a decent visit, but the waitress was definitely either overwhelmed or too busy kissing up to the 8-top of old ladies seated beside me. Despite all that, I still tipped 25%

We left because there was a terrible odor from rancid used cooking oil. I know the smell well from my wvo Mercedes days...

Cucumber in salad was old and dry. Chips and queso was pure salt. Red potatoes were mushy and greasy. Steak had absolutely no flavor but it was cooked properly. Waitress was good.
