Can’t pull in off the main road. Ordered in the drive thru and had to park off in the parking lot for several minutes until they came out with the food (all we ordered was some fries and nuggets) but food came out hot and fresh

Bathrooms were disgusting, service was slow , didn't even get everything we ordered, was out of ALL diet options and some others on the fountain. Tables filthy floor filthy. Probably the worst Wendy's on the east coast

The first time I didn’t say anything. This is the second time in a row this drive thru fails at what a drive thru is supposed to do. A number three and a Biggie Deal. How hard is that? Missing the 10 piece from the number three and the wrong hamburger in the Biggie Deal. What makes me really smh is we were the only vehicle in line and 4 to 5 cars in the lot so totally not busy. I do not mind looking through the bag(s) to make sure it’s right however I will not dissect my order in the line… that’s what I’m paying them to do.
