Nov 2nd 2024 at 12:35pm, I ordered an Apple Pecan salad. The chicken was frozen rubbery. I told them and they said maybe we didn't warm it enough. Really? We were the only 2 customers at that moment. That's lazy and unprofessional.

At the time I was coming from Salem VA, and hadn't eaten probably since day before due to finances. However, I stopped to use the restroom and noticed a sign up on the door. The sign stated that the Internet was spotty sorry for the inconvenience. I pulled on the door and it was open. I walk in, go to the restroom and upon entering the ladies restroom there was a staff member there whom seemed friendly. Well when I was done using the restroom and after I washed my hands I turned to walk out the door and go to the counter to place my order. Immediately the staff there was like "OH WE CANT SERVE YOU'. WE HAVE ISSUES WITH THE INTERNET. NOBODY EVER SAID WHY, OR HOW LONG IT WOULD HAVE BEEN. NOT ONE PERSON SAID ANYTHING ANYWHERE ABOUT NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS. I HAD GOTTEN UPSET SO I TURNED TO LEAVE AND GUESS WHAT FLOORS WERE WET, NO SIGNS UP AND I SLIPPED TRYING TO LEAVE. I Haven't BEEN BACK THERE. IF THERE IS EVER IN THE FUTURE A PROB WITH INTERNET OR Register OR WHAT EVER PLEASE BR SPECIFIC WITH THE PUBLIC ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON AND YOU CANT SERVE ANYONE.

Horrible customer service rude lady that worked the register. She refused to modify a simple thing on an order and was very rude about it and said you can’t do that. I went and checked on the self service computer to make my own order and it allowed me to make said modification no need to be so rude!

There is not a clean table in the building to sit at. The trash cans are overflowing. And the team members are rude and act bothered to have to deal with customers OR each other. Also the fountain drinks are nearly empty. Unacceptable and nasty

I guess it's just the luck of the draw, but when my lettuce is thicker than meat in my chicken filet, that annoys me. I'm sure if I had time, I could have taken it back and asked for a better sandwich, but that wasn't an option. I just don't understand how that sorry excuse for a chicken filet made out the door. Aside from that, I always get great food and service from this location.
