The crew working from 4-5 on december 7th were what inspired me to write this review because the service and the food were top tier but honestly the food and service are always top tier here. I have a few Chick Fil As on my ride home but I go out of my way to visit this one because y’all never let me down on anything.

This restaurant is always running quickly and efficiently. Their staff is kind and friendly. It’s rare that I have to wait too long. Since the renovation, the drive thru has really been optimized. Sometimes, you pull right though and just exchange cash and the food is already there! This is a location I would definitely recommend to others traveling route 9. It’s also easily accessible with ample parking.

This is the third time that I've ordered food to go and when I got home there was either missing food or incorrect. When I called in and talk to them and explain to them what had happened and I usually don't care I understand mistakes happen he told me that I was going to be put on hold so he could get a new pad I waited on the phone for 5 minutes and then the call disconnected. Very disappointed at this point, will not be returning for getting any more of my business

The grilled sandwich I ordered was served only with the bread and the chicken breast, while at Chick Fillet in Martinsburg they serve it with tomato and lettuce. The service was slow and there was no one but me at the drive-thru. Lastly, they didn't put the receipt in my bag.

Kids adore the staff here and the efficient way they take orders then money. The young lady who bought my food was sweet.
Messed up orders, no ice in drinks, asked for a spicy chicken on a muffin, still just comes with a biscuit, sorry but I'll never go back, chick-fil-a was know for there customer service now it just seems the employees don't care, didn't even ask us if we wanted sauce and never repeated our order back to us to make sure it was right, ruined our morning
