Waited on mobile pickup for 20 minutes, just to go inside and hear that they cleared my order. Staff walked past me for 10 minutes until someone reached out to me if I needed anything. Customer service could use some work, it’s on par with McDonald’s now.

I usually enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A because the team members are always so positive and welcoming, but today’s experience felt different. One of the workers didn’t seem happy to be there serving customers. She signaled me to move forward with an annoyed expression, even though there was no space to do so without hitting the car ahead, so I stayed in my spot. When she came to my window, she didn’t greet me and spoke in a harsh tone. After I gave my order, she walked away while NODDING her head. At the pickup window, all of the other workers were wonderful as usual, it was just this one team member who didn’t reflect the positive attitude Chick-fil-A serves.

I want to say. This is one of the worst Chic fila restaurants ever. There is an issue with my order constantly. Multiple times I've gone for breakfast they don't have biscuits or muffins ready. They always make my order wrong. They need to take a good look at themselves on how to be better.

I don’t know if Corinne Verdugo works at Chick-fil-A or runs a secret portal to heaven, but my nuggets have never felt more divinely delivered. She smiled, and I’m pretty sure a double rainbow appeared over the restaurant. She said “My pleasure” and suddenly my credit score went up. Give this legend a cape — or at least a raise.

my food came out pretty much the very minute I ordered it! hadn't even sat down yet and my food was already in my hands. the person giving me the food, Mrs. April, she was so nice! she literally GAVE BIRTH to me!!! and took care of me for 18 years and counting... she was so awesome

Experience at this Chick-Fil-A has been nothing short of amazing, they’re always quick to service, and serve quality food. Went through the drive-thru yesterday. I met Patrick, and he is the absolute best! He was quick with service, made me feel cared about as a customer, made sure I had everything I needed, I’ve never been this touched by someone in my life! I was actually short on cash for this meal he gave me extra cash to pay for my meal, example of a gentleman.

Been coming to this restaurant for a little over 2 years now, and the food/service is always great! Our experience here has been nothing short of incredible, and it only got better when we met our hero Josh. Our car broke down in the drive through and he picked up the car and carried it safely to a parking spot near the entrance. He also changed our oil and rotated our tires for free!
This is by far one of my favorite chickfilas! The staff is friendly, the food is good, and on the very few occasions something is wrong they over compensate! I love that the playground is still there and they do a bunch of family events! I love having a chickfila that holds the same values they did when I was a kid. I can't wait till my son is old enough to do more there.
