This is my favorite chick fil a in all of my surrounding states. The employees are wonderful and offer fast service everytime. The food is always hot and fresh when it comes out. This location never has long wait time, great for any time of the day or night.

Today is Monday, January 12, 2026, time is 6:50 PM. I just left the Ranson Chick-fil-A location, went through the drive-through and although they were vey busy, staff was friendly and attentive, even apologetic which was unnecessary. It’s Chick-fil-A, America’s favorite fast food restaurant, of course they’re busy at this time of day - they even gave me a free cookie for the five minute wait. This location is hands-down the best in the area. They have the Martinsburg location beat 30 times over, thanks for being awesome.

1st person at 6am but I'm the 3rd person to get to drive though cause person taking my order was slow, done coming here, meal went up $2 what used to be 5 now $7
The drive thru is efficient, but always seems to bottleneck. I think the staff outside need to alert drivers who they are supposed to follow behind. I visit this Chick Fil A at least once a week and have yet to have a fully smooth transaction

I don’t have proof but I asked and paid for a club and the sandwich I received has no cheese or bacon, ruined my holiday night, I ate out because I didn’t have any family of my own to make a meal with and you couldn’t even get that right.
