This is my favorite chick fil a in all of my surrounding states. The employees are wonderful and offer fast service everytime. The food is always hot and fresh when it comes out. This location never has long wait time, great for any time of the day or night.
Today is Monday, January 12, 2026, time is 6:50 PM. I just left the Ranson Chick-fil-A location, went through the drive-through and although they were vey busy, staff was friendly and attentive, even apologetic which was unnecessary. It’s Chick-fil-A, America’s favorite fast food restaurant, of course they’re busy at this time of day - they even gave me a free cookie for the five minute wait. This location is hands-down the best in the area. They have the Martinsburg location...
The drive thru is efficient, but always seems to bottleneck. I think the staff outside need to alert drivers who they are supposed to follow behind. I visit this Chick Fil A at least once a week and have yet to have a fully smooth transaction
