I arrived at 10:00pm and there was one car at the drive-thru. I watched the person order and it took at least 6 minutes. I pulled up to the ordering speaker and it announced that they were closed, which I thought strange since Google said specifically that the drive-thru was open till 11. I pulled up behind the car who was then waiting for their order and called the Dairy Queen. Someone answered and said that they close the drive-thru at 10:05. I explained how I’d been there first in line behind that one car ordering since at least 10:00 but had been stuck behind the car who used the full amount of time to order. I drove 20 minutes to get there, then a pointless 20 minutes home, using precious alone time that could’ve been better spent at home, I’m pregnant and emotional and all I wanted was a blizzard but even then they refused to let me order. I doubt I will be going back to this location and will make instead the longer drive to Martinsburg in the future. I hope the owners figure out how to update the Google business page or even the Apple Maps page.

Definitely the nicest dairy queen I've been to. Is it brand new? Who knows! We showed up about an hour before close, so they were out of ingredients for some of the things we wanted. The big negative here was the banana split. The pineapple was *biting* me like it was lined in tiny razors. I think it was fermenting. I know pineapple has some bite, but dang. I told the crew about it. It's not a big deal, except I have run into this problem at lots of places, but today they didn't have any other fruit substitutes when I originality ordered. No raspberry syrup, black cherry, nothing.

We had a very efficient experience today. The young lad who served us has clear communication and listened well. Our orders were correct and he put them together like he has 12 arms! Super swift and didn't stop from one blizzard to the next.
The store itself was clean and we'll maintained. Classic as DQ can be!

We primarily go for ice cream. The last few visits have been just terrible, actually I don’t think I’ve ever been pleased. I feel the whole crew needs retrained on how to make ice cream cones, flip the blizzards , and sanitation. Do not touch your hair or face then grab my ice cream cone without washing your hands! That’s NASTY! The ice cream cones are never the same size in width or height, the never have ice cream to the edge and are always crooked. Mine was almost in my lap tonight. More comically today they are all wearing blizzards shirts advertising the flip, but not once have they ever done that for me.. even today. I have a feeling they wouldn’t honor the free blizzard anyways. Do I keep going back.. yes because no one else has swirl cones.. I hope that this review reaches management and they improve. Will I continue to come yea, but seriously do better team.
