I was at DQ today for my father in laws birthday. I was getting his cake and I had a random idea for his cake. I wanted a submarine on his cake. The one who did the cake icing said she didn’t know if she could but this Women did amazing went above and beyond!!! ( I would put her name but I forgot to ask for her name)

Those people have their act together. When customers came in, the employees were in it. I watched this one employee who was constantly cleaning a table or making sure everything was in its place and available. They were always smiling. I got chocolate covered medium cone. Damn good. My friend was so impressed, she got one too. Thanks for a fun time.

Overall they have good food. Value is not on thus list. When you get a 4pc chicken fingers with drink and it's $14 but the chicken was way over cooked kinda rubbery. The toast wasn't good either. I'm not sure what's happened but they have a lot to learn. We ordered a large blizzard and it's pushing $9. It was good but not worth that much. I know prices and labor has increased but really. The staff is always helpful and I know it's not their fault. I think they are just out pricing their selves. We just won't go as often.

Enjoyed their crispy chicken strip salad and mocha Moolatte!
Came here with the wife and son and we had the new peanut butter and a vanilla milkshake and a cone with sprinkles. Disappointed over-all because 1.) We were stared at like we are from another planet. We a Muslim and my wife covers her head and is white, don't understand why we had to be stared at. 2.) The milkshake was really watery and not appealing at all. 3.) When our order was called, it didn't feel welcoming. Sadly, we won't be coming back here again.

The girl working the drive through window at 5:00pm (6/24/24) was unfortunately super rude, barely acknowledged me, when she handed me my bags she seemed bothered to do so and she cut me off before I could ask for more napkins by shutting the door/going onto her headset . Usually this is a great place, I get it though kids are kids. Still 5 stars cause yall do a great job normally and I’ve seen you guys go above and beyond to fix other situations while I waited for my food so this was a shock in comparison to my usual experience.
