Came for donut holes for my Christmas light tour. They were out of donuts two hours before closing. Y’know. The food specifically in the name. :( Was disappointed but the hot chocolate was alright. Also, maybe they were fed up or something, but the employees were sort of snippy.

We frequent this location as it is the only Dunkin around. I have now went 2 different occasions and at around 6 pm and there is not 1 donut available. It seems to me if that is one of your specialties. You would definitely make sure you don’t run out. It almost would be like Chick-fil-A running out of chicken.. Service is good people are friendly. It just caught my attention tonight that this is the second time with him seven days that they are out around 6 PM and when I say out, there were three muffins available for purchase that was it.

Not sure WTH is going on at this location but the drinks are never made right and the employees are rude. I called to inquire about canceling an order to which she stated “we don’t have an order for ____” and said the wrong name so I said “oh no it’s for _____ yknow like the ___?” And named a popular brand. Then I spelled my name out and she HUNG UP ON ME!!! all because SHE was confused and I was trying to clarify!
And ofc they couldn’t help with canceling the order but even if they could’ve the rude nasty attitude on whoever answered the phone made it un-worth it anyways. Retrain or fire her miserable rude self.

Stopped at this Dunkin’ in Ranson while traveling, and the manager’s attitude was unpleasant from the start. No greeting, no courtesy — just a list of what wasn’t available, as if it were my fault for asking.
A simple hello or smile would’ve gone a long way. I won’t be coming back — coffee shouldn’t feel like a confrontation.

Service was quick and welcoming. However the iced coffee was exactly that, iced. Very frustrating when you spend $4 plus dollars for a cup of ice and very little coffee. Could barely get the straw in. Upsetting cause one day it’s great, then the next it’s not. Dunkin has to work on its consistency of its product (in my opinion).
I love this Dunkin location. Had a hot matcha latte, great warm drink to start your day. The drive thru makes ordering extra convenient.

I stopped at this Dunkin and was less than impressed. The gentleman taking the orders for the drive through did not understand my order at all. 3 times I asked for a wake up wrap - he kept saying something about a croissant. I said “no, I’d like a wake up wrap”. He proceeded to ring me up for a croissant stuffer. When I got to the window and checked my receipt - I asked to have my order corrected in which I received attitude in return. It was ultimately corrected but I don’t appreciate being talked down to and brushed off when I was very clear in my order. Also, the chai latte is so unbelievably sweet. I don’t think I’ll add this Dunkin’ to my daily stop.

As in most Dunkins, this one is very busy. Although, the drive thru was VERY speedy and efficient. The 2 coffees were accurate in preparation and the 2 Boston Creme Donuts were surprisingly fresh at 4:30 in the afternoon! Worth a stop!
