I don’t know why I bother. Every time I order a sandwich I switch to white cheddar but I NEVER receive it. Do they not have it? Or are we just not paying attention? I should learn to check before I leave at this point, but I shouldn’t have to. Sad. I’ll just stick to coffee at this location and do food elsewhere.

Overcharge. Two donuts were $4.22
That’s higher than any Dunkin around. No one was wearing gloves, no greeting, no thank you. No have a nice day. I said thank you to the woman for handing me back my debit card and she replied “ugh huh “.

Since this location has changed management, personally myself and my littles have had a great experience! Anytime I visit with my littles the young lady I believe in management treats Us with so much kindness and always a smile! My daughter has even drawn her a picture to express her gratitude and appreciation! I used to avoid this location in the past due to too many incorrect orders, as a marketing coordinator I can trust they provide me with exactly what I order each time which in turn allows me to be confident that my referring offices are happy! Thank you for the extra mile and effort! I will continue to frequent this location! ❤️

The past few months have been a very pleasant experience at this location. The employees are kind and polite. My drink is made right and the wait is usually short! I’m not sure if new owners/management have taken over since they first built this location but the staff has been doing a wonderful job recently! Keep up the great work!

I get myself a Dunkin coffee every single morning, sometimes at a different location. This Dunkin is by far the friendliest one I’ve ever been to. They always get my order correct and they pay attention to the details on my coffee (which is very important).
If I had to say anything negative, it would be that they don’t seem to update their availability of items on the app. Several times I’ve ordered ahead on my app, and when I get up to the window, they then inform me they are out of something. Very annoying.
Overall, I will continue to go to this particular Dunkin as much as possible because of their great attitudes and fresh coffee and food.

The Manager: Paul S., is awesome in catering to our needs. He and his team always are fantastic! He is kind and friendly and went above and beyond. He is always making sure this locations coffee is super fresh coffee! The rest of the staff is spunky and always a blessing to interact with. I would like to highlight this crew for standing out and up holding the Dunkin tradition.

There was no hot chocolate for their ice cream when we went there. The service was outstanding.

Dietary restrictions: No peanuts were asked for, and we managed to get ice cream that fit the bill. Just be careful that peanut butter ice cream isnt accidentally dropped in the one you want.
