Little Caesars Pizza

They were slammed tonight, but they made an amazing pizza. Shorty at the register was nice and sweet. Pizza was freshly made on the spot

Took a good bit of time to get the food out especially JUST BREADSTICKS, management sounds horrible if they’re always short staffed and when it shows on websites that they aren’t hiring…weird. Food in all is great and the people working inside are trying their best.

The young lady at the drive thru was very polite and sweet. Food was delicious and service was Awesome

The manager Justin is a total jerk. To his employees and customers. He was yelling, slamming, and throwing things all about. This poor girl Sadie was crying under the stress Justin was giving her. Sadie is a beautiful soul and I hope she gets out of that toxic environment. Don't recommend going here when Justin is working, he's got long greasy black hair, I think a beard, and glasses.

Went in around 6:30pm on 8/15/2025. The young woman was nice and took my order, but she didn't have access to the register. No problem. She went back to get someone. This dirty looking guy (white cap, glasses, straggly black beard, and long greasy black hair) came out from the back, then turned around to yell at someone before coming to the register. Seemed like a toxic workplace. I'm glad I didn't have to interact with this rude, loud, and dirty looking guy for too long. I've been there a few times and everything's been fine. Maybe he is new. Maybe he can clean up a bit and learn not to shout when customers are present.

I am from Maryland and i'm here for vacation meeting family in charles town. This place is horrible and so is the service. The atmosphere was horrible, the bathrooms are dirty. Amber the manager was talking bad about the employees and i heard her say a guy name blake sells alcohol at work. Everything was completely inappropriate and the manager was cussing to the employees while i was getting rung up for my food. The food was alright but id never go there again even for free pizza because the manager was disgusting truly. You guys need new management asap!!! This place is horrifically depressing for the employees and costumers.

I ordered 3 pizzas, crazy bread and some wings for my family on the way home from work, about an hour before getting to the location. It was supposed to be ready at 615. I arrived at 620 and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for my food to come out. The pizzas were the standard pizza you'd expect at little caesars. I passed on the 1 star review as the manager seemed truly apologetic about the wait and offered some crazy bread dipping sauce and a 20 oz drink as compensation. Little Caesars should do better to support the staff here, so they don't feel the need to comp items over excessive wait times.

It's a Little Caesar's. The pizza is cheap. They put way too much sauce on it so I always call (no way to request light sauce online unless you're making a custom pizza). Sometimes no one answers the phone, when they do it's a 50/50 chance that we'll actually get light sauce.

This pizza parlor lobby was clean, and the workstations in the back appeared free of debris, giving it an appearance of a safe place to eat.

I was greeted kindly for the front desk attendant, and she did a phenomenal job explaining how to retrieve our online order once it's ready.

When I picked up our food, I took a quick glance, and both pies had a great presentation and looked accurate.

Once at home, we enjoyed all of our selections without a doubt.

We recommend this RANSON, WV, location.

Took them 10 minutes to even say anything to me while I was just standing there at the register and nobody else was even there!!

Best stuffed crust pizza.
