The worst McDonald's ever. They constantly get my and my families order wrong. The worst customer service. They don't know how to expedite. They need new management and new workers. Such a shame!

Very impressed both with the food and the service. (I’m pleasantly surprised). Abram provided excellent service- even being on a break he jumped up to assist when he saw we needed napkins (we didn’t have to ask). Nice work!!

I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. Just to serve a fries 🍟 and a coke, it took nearly 5 minutes, which is far too long for such a simple order. On top of that, I specifically ordered a large fries, but they gave me what looked like a medium or even a small instead. Not only was the wait frustrating, but the order was also incorrect. This kind of service makes you feel like customers aren’t valued at all. Very poor and unacceptable service for something that should be quick and accurate

Sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order for about 10 minutes. The only reason someone finally took my order was because I had to call the store and tell them that I had been waiting so long with a long like behind me.

Don’t bother calling them if they messed up your order because they just don’t care they laughed at me over the phone then hung up all o ordered was a sprite and two blueberry pies and wouldn’t you believe it they messed the simple order up and gave me apple pies I’m driving up there tomorrow and I better be receiving a refund and my blueberry pies at this point so unprofessional I’m a manger at another restaurant this is ridiculous
