Panera is always great to get a warm meal. Meet up with a friend or eat alone. Especially cozy by the fireplace and in the warmer weather it's great to eat outside

Crazy overpriced. $13 for green goddess cobb salad, ingredients all tasted good but they didn’t put any eggs in, barely half an avocado cut into little cubes, and only 6 cherry tomatoes… for the full size?!

I’ve visited Panera Bread several times, hoping for a consistent and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it has been anything but. Each visit seems to bring a new level of inconsistency, particularly with the service and food portions. When dining in, the portions are noticeably different compared to when I order takeout, which is both frustrating and disappointing.

The overall cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. Tables often go unwiped, and the floors could use more frequent attention. It doesn’t create the most inviting atmosphere for a meal.

Moreover, the staff appears to be perpetually exhausted and unwelcoming. It’s as if they haven’t had enough rest before starting their shifts. Walking in, I’m met with silence rather than a friendly greeting, which sets a negative tone for the entire visit.

Additionally, the parking lot needs more lighting. At night, it’s too dark, making it feel unsafe and uninviting. This is a significant concern for anyone visiting after dark.

I hope Panera Bread takes these issues seriously and makes improvements, as it has the potential to be a great place to eat. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Have had multiple negative experiences here in the last month. 50/50 chance they will mess up even your simplest order even if there is no line. Good chance your food won't be ready in a reasonable amount of time, as they are chronically understaffed, or will be stolen off the shelves if you give them extra time to make it. If you're headed that way, the Martinsburg location is much better.

I Used the self-service computer and it was super easy and clear to use. Depending on the time, the wait is about 8–12 minutes. But worth the wait if you decided to dine in. The place is spacious, great to do work, and the sandwiches and soups were delicious and priced right. Pretty happy about it.

This worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. Save yourself the trip because staff will ignore you so you use the automatic machine & once that goes through & it isnt correct they tell you they can refund you & start a new order which means you will be waiting for a few days to have your funds released and pay twice for subpar food.

This is a Panera Bread with all of the typical Panera things. The food was good, the tables were clean and it wasn't too crowded. No drive through.

Placed an online order. The estimated completion time was 1:01 pm. I arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be done.
The quality of the food wasn’t good. The lettuce was brown for my salad. I would not recommend coming here.
