This worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. Save yourself the trip because staff will ignore you so you use the automatic machine & once that goes through & it isnt correct they tell you they can refund you & start a new order which means you will be waiting for a few days to have your funds released and pay twice for subpar food.

Placed an online order. The estimated completion time was 1:01 pm. I arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be done. The quality of the food wasn’t good. The lettuce was brown for my salad. I would not recommend coming here.

The service is terrible, I been here for years and never gave a bad review, but enough is enough, prices are high at least have the pastries, they never have enough. The bathrooms are not clean. Please do something.

I ordered a chocolate chipper cookie with my food and they had run out. They said it would be 7 minutes. It was no big deal for me I had the time so I waited and they were able to give it to me warm! Best part of my day! Thank you Panera!

I went to Panera with my girlfriends for lunch. We had a great time and after I wanted to bring home dinner for my boyfriend. He has to eat gluten free so I had 1 million and one questions about the menu options and Dom knew the answer to all of them! He was so helpful and so kind, I didn't feel rushed or annoying. I was able to get something delicious and safe for him to eat. Thanks Dom!!!
