Ordered online. I’ve never been so disappointed by a sandwich in my entire life. Literally it’s the most simple job to do and they still couldn’t do that correctly 🥴. About 2 slices of ham , & I’m actually being generous bc it’s more like half a slice. Subway standards say 12 for 12inch (6 for 6inch subs). I barely received any.
Staff is also unprofessional and lazy. She was busy on her phone so I had to grab my own chips and drink. I was under the impression that the point of ordering online is so I don’t have to prepare anything??
Recommend going to ANY other subway. DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNINGS HERE!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The food quality was poor — the bread tasted stale, the ingredients didn’t look fresh, and the sandwich was sloppily put together. The portion sizes were skimpy, especially for the price. Subway used to be a reliable option, but this location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.

Absolutely the Best Subway I've Ever Been To! I can’t say enough good things about this Subway in Ranson, WV. From the moment you walk in, everything just feels a cut above the rest—clean, welcoming, and genuinely well-run. The staff here are incredible: friendly, patient, and always happy to customize your order just the way you like it. Shoutout to Brynn (I think that was her name) for her amazing customer service—she made great suggestions and even remembered my order the next time I came in!The ingredients are consistently fresh—crispy veggies, perfectly baked bread, and clean prep stations every time I visit. Even during busy hours, the staff works quickly and efficiently without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. The store itself is spotless and has a nice, relaxed vibe—perfect for a quick lunch or even eating in. I’ve been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. That kind of consistency is rare and super appreciated. If you're in or around Ranson and craving a solid, delicious sub made with care, this is 100% the Subway to go to. Better than most fast food experiences by a mile. Highly recommend!

1500 watts and a Wire
We ordered 3 subs yesterday and when we got home we started eating the one sub had hairs in it 3 of them . It was so nasty . We called they did not care at all ! Do yourself a favor don’t eat at this place you can see in the picture one of the nasty hairs.

Just had a fantastic experience at Subway! As soon as I walked in the workers made me feel extremely welcome. The woman taking my order was incredibly friendly and efficient. I ordered a Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado wrap and it was definitely one of the best wraps I’ve ever had. Overall the experience was delightful, and I’m definitely going back with my family next time.

This Subway is by far the best I have ever been to!! The people working there are very polite, friendly, and respectful. This location is always very clean and pleasant to dine in. Their vegetables always look very ripe and fresh, as well as their meat and bread. The bread is always very soft and delicious, this location is very good at getting everyone’s orders in very quick even during a rush!!

This subway is by far the best one I've been to! The workers are always polite, friendly, and efficient and can answer any questions you have. Their vegetables are always fresh and they bake their bread perfectly. They have such a wide variety of sandwich options and toppings and are always consistent when preparing food. The dining area is also very neat and tidy, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Will definitely be coming back!
This is unfortunately a terrible location — tried it twice in the last couple months thinking it was a “one time thing” but it has not improved in the slightest—lettuce was clearly old (slight reddish/brown color) and onions watery and sliced SUPER thin - clearly they are trying to cut in costs or something by skimping on quality veggies. Additionally, this is the only subway where the bread is thin/crumbly and tastes awful— they are missing the mark somewhere because normal subways do not have this issue.
