I've been there twice in the last couple of months and had the cheesesteak pubwich both times. It was great the first time and even better the second.
I grew up eating at Gino's, and even though I live in another state, anytime I come to visit I have to go back. On this particular trip, I ate there twice and the food was just as good as always. With excellent food, a friendly staff, and a nice, clean atmosphere, I will return the next time I visit! A special thank you to Becky, who was so friendly and welcoming!

The pizza was delicious along with the Italian sub. My wife and I enjoyed talking to Becky. She was very sweet and would check back often even though she was very busy with other customers.

I order from this location a lot. I’ve gotten mixed up orders sometimes, and I get it, it happens. However, this evening when I called because they didn’t give me all of my order, it was made out to be my fault. I live 20-25 minutes from the store, so obviously I wasn’t going back for my salad. I called just asking if I could stop in next week sometime and grab one, because Idid already pay for it. I was told, you need to check your order better next time. He told me, he will do it just this once, but corporate doesn’t like them to do that. They can get fired for it. Fired for giving the customer already paid for? Seems sketchy to me!! The snickers in the background among the workers were wonderful also. Plus the man kept referring to me as Hun…..I guess good help is hard yo find!! I’ll be waiting on my response from corporate!! Like I said, People make mistakes, it happens. However, not even apologizing for the error and making it my fault, that’s beyond ridiculous!!

Don't waster you time doing an online/over the phone order they never get it correct then they charge you for the extras you add but they're not on the item/items you requested them on.

Didn’t even get waited on. The 2 guys behind the counter dropped enough F-bombs to the waitress from the Tudors next door I was pretty sure I didn’t want to eat anything they had prepared. Let me make it clear the problem was not the worker from Tudor’s. It was the 2 employees from Gino’s she said nothing wrong whatsoever.

Would put 0 stars if I could. Server was very rude, off putting, disrespectful, and impatient. I would not recommend coming here again after dealing with the dark skinned curly haired girl. Food wasn't bad though. Very disappointed, hope she gets fired for the sake of customers.
