I literally spend $80/wk at this location and today somehow I ended up with a Q tip in my pizza. But apparently according to the owner and manager this isn't their problem and refused to replace (a whole pizza I just paid for) or refund it. I will be disputing the charge with the bank and reporting this to the health dept. I strongly advise going to the Ripley location instead.

The website to order is down. Also, the oven you punch in code for pizza has been broke for a while. Still good pies... just not convenient.
Can’t get orders out without making customers wait 40+ minutes, and they still don’t complete the entire order! Ordered a cheese and a pepperoni, a zesty Italian cheese bread and I left with two pepperoni pizzas 45 minutes later, no communication from staff other than part of your order hasn’t been made yet, poor service and this is when there was a full crew! Stop advertising hot and ready if nothing is hot and ready
