They always ignore people who come thru the drive thru after 1030 at night even though they are open till 12am I sat in that drive through for over 30 mins and got no answer terrible customer service at this point

Came in on a Sunday at 6:15 to see staff sitting in lobby and not taking drive thru orders waited at the order taker for 5 minutes very disappointed in morning staff
Macdonalds have apparently forgotten all their social responsibility.We live opposite them in Ravenswood and they have been pressure washing their back yard since 4am this morning and are still going now.They really need to relook at this model The constant traffic jams caused by people queuing on the roundabout is not only dangerous but annoying, the hooting by all the idiots sitting next to each other in their cars,the uber drivers shouting at each other early in the mornings and the never ending flow of rubbish.

Employees are friendly and the service is usually quick but my order is never correct. It's either made wrong, missing or the is not fresh. If you order extra topping (bacon, pickles, sauce, etc) you pay for it, but you never get the extra items. This is my experience with drive-thru. Breakfast and late evening
