My mom got a sausage gravy biscuit for my grandmother and when she opened it to eat it, she found half of an eaten biscuit inside. She took it back down and explained she did not want it replaced or her money back but hope they will improve their customer service and cleanliness. Be careful

This was an excellent place to go, compared to other McDonald’s. However, recently, the quality of service and food has nosedived! Food (mainly high priced deluxe chicken sandwiches) is way overcooked to the point it is dried out and dark brown. Orders are simply wrong. Fries are cold and soggy. Burgers are overcooked, too! And, why are the pickles tasting so “off” and white?! Totally giving up on this one for a few months and see if they can change back to their former glory…. As of right now, Feb 2024, a cold Coke is the only thing served correctly and tasting as it should!

This McDonald's that's in Ripley, WV is one of the best McDonald's around in the area. It's situated next to Interstate I77, and I've seen very large crowds at this restaurant on many occasions. The team members never missed a beat. So this falls back on the Shift Leaders and Assistant Manager and then to the Manager of the restaurant. The team members were trained 100% perfect by these individuals. The service is out of this world here in.Ripley at this McDonald's. As for the food, it only gets better.......My food, no matter what I order, is always superb.This McDonald's gets a 10/10 from me.

apparently if you state " ill take a number 7, or any number" they dont understand that means the meal. The entire meal. its wrong and missing items....99% of the time, on every visit.
Diarrhea squirted all over womens toilets. Blood smeared on wall below hand dryer. Food tasted like the grease was poison. Not enough employees. Forgot part of my order. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. ??

Every time i get a sweet tea, it ends up being bitter and nasty, or all watered down, where they get them ready ahead of time. Two "sweet teas" this evening and neither are sweet.
Sad to say, this visit was awful. For the 1st time in the 3 years I've been here, the quality was poor, the order taken incorrectly, and it wasn't worth the wait. I use the drive thru almost every time and got good service and good quality. What happened McDonald's?
