Painfully slow service. We were the only people in line, and it took 3 employees an hour to make two subs, and protein bowl, and a frozen pizza (ordered in person - this was not a mobile/online order). The employees were throwing cooking utensils around in the kitchen, laughing and taking their time while we awkwardly stood there waiting for our food order to be taken and prepared. There were several bugs crawling around the women's restroom. Not a good place to stop if you're trying to stick to a timeline

This location does have decent parking and plenty of seating.

didn’t toast my bread like asked, topping were not even on my sandwich. On the side, as if he just threw it on there. My top bun was ripped in half. We were the only people there and waited 40 minutes for 2 subs. Worst customer service was just rude and shitty attitude

Truly disappointed, I ordered lunch for my wife and I. Why would they make this sandwich so poorly? I mean, i pay extra for a reason, and for there to be literally no chicken on my sub, I pay extra for cheese and it was a light layer. They need to fix this, its unacceptable to eat a sandwich with stale bread and lack of order accuracy. Management needs to be better.

I requested a reund and was told they didn't know how and I would have to wait for the manager. 12 minutes later the manager arrived, she gave me the cookies but by that point our subs were cold. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Placed my mobile order. Went to store to pick up. I have been parked in front of the pickup window for 15 minutes and counting and not one of the three workers has said a single word to me. One guy is just standing behind the counter at the back table watching the bread rise. My food has been ready for 15 minutes and I can see it on the shelf behind the counter. So I can't just go in and grab it either. The three cars behind me have not had anyone talk to them either on the speaker or anything. If you are looking for efficiency go somewhere else.

We went through the drive through was told someone would be with us. We waited 15 minutes before pulling around to a parking spot. When we went inside they employee’s were not up front but in the back and then we got told that they told us to pull to the window and we didn't when that is not what was said. It was rude and there service was bad. I do not recommend going to this Subway.

My husband and I came through ordered 1 footlong sandwitch that took 35 min to make and half of the meat was missing. The young girl named Katlin took the order then disapeared while the other lady made food for the customers. We live subway and eat here alot only we will not be returning to this one and that is sad for its in our town. Please get help that wants to work. I will add that the older lady there tonight was very sweet and helpful.

Ordered two subs both toasted, one was not, ordered lettuce, tomates, onion, mild peppers, black olives and mayo. Was not toasted, no olives, no mayo, and no tomatoes. There was approximately 5 people working and was not done right. This is the second time I sent there and the service was not great and the sandwich was wrong. Will not go back. Your Ripley store is better.
