Ordered online for pick up. When I arrived I was advised the paid for cookies wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes. I requested a reund and was told they didn't know how and I would have to wait for the manager. 12 minutes later the manager arrived, she gave me the cookies but by that point our subs were cold. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Placed my mobile order. Went to store to pick up. I have been parked in front of the pickup window for 15 minutes and counting and not one of the three workers has said a single word to me. One guy is just standing behind the counter at the back table watching the bread rise. My food has been ready for 15 minutes and I can see it on the shelf behind the counter. So I can't just go in and grab it either. The three cars behind me have not had anyone talk to them either on the speaker or anything. If you are looking for efficiency go somewhere else.

We went through the drive through was told someone would be with us. We waited 15 minutes before pulling around to a parking spot. When we went inside they employee’s were not up front but in the back and then we got told that they told us to pull to the window and we didn't when that is not what was said. It was rude and there service was bad. I do not recommend going to this Subway.

My husband and I came through ordered 1 footlong sandwitch that took 35 min to make and half of the meat was missing. The young girl named Katlin took the order then disapeared while the other lady made food for the customers. We live subway and eat here alot only we will not be returning to this one and that is sad for its in our town. Please get help that wants to work. I will add that the older lady there tonight was very sweet and helpful.

Ordered two subs both toasted, one was not, ordered lettuce, tomates, onion, mild peppers, black olives and mayo. Was not toasted, no olives, no mayo, and no tomatoes. There was approximately 5 people working and was not done right. This is the second time I sent there and the service was not great and the sandwich was wrong. Will not go back. Your Ripley store is better.

The employees that the Ravenswood Subway in West Virginia are very unprofessional. Have foul mouths and do not believe that the customer is right. I ordered a sub online which was supposed to be ready at 120 I had to wait another 13 minutes for it to be ready and then when i finally was able to sit down to eat i discovered there was no meat on it. I called subway the girl who answered the phone laughed when I told her she then put another girl on who proceeded to argue with me, swore at me then hung up on me. I called back to get her name, the girl answered the phone said the number is....... gave me the name of either the owner or district manager, because Ravenswood doesn't have a manager, and hung up on me again. This Subway has the most unprofessional foul mouthed employees of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. You decide if you wanna eat there. I will never go back.

I think they are understaffed, but the person working was clearly unhappy to be there and was very sharp and unkind towards me. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I do what I can to be as polite and accommodating as possible to the employees. I dined in and was witnessing more unkind behavior towards every customer that had the courage to place an order. I certainly don't expect anyone bending over backwards for customer service, but I don't think the customers deserved to be treated with such hostility.

The date was 2/23/2023. First off I think electronic reporting is terrible 2nd. Last week I was at this same subway a woman was cleaning her blood up from everywhere before taking the order. Today when I came through the drive thru a different woman was petting someone's dog out the drive thru window she didn't wash her hands before taking the order at the counter. When my order was finished she busted open the window said "Here take this!" It's no wonder subway has the absolute worst reviews from the locals here. I've lived here since 2012 I got food poisoning twice and watched a man scratch his rear end before taking orders. I've ate there a total of about 6-8 times because the lack of options and hope that they would get cleaner. I seriously hope subway of ravenswood is shut down by the health department that I plan to contact over these issues since no one at a corporate level seems to care enough to hire people to actually speak to their customers.

Super nice employees make you feel welcomed..only down fall...did online order and added special instructions which they didn't do. Other than that was great.

Wait times are getting a bit nuts. Stopped for food this afternoon. Waited at the menu for about 5 minutes before an employee came on and told me to pull to the window and that I’m gonna be waiting at least another 10 minutes.Now I don’t mind waiting, but I’m pretty sure getting someone to pull forward is just a method to make it look like wait times aren’t as bad in drive thru.
