Literally slop. When taking the sandwich back, even the manager said it looked like it had been sitting for hours. The second sandwich was also only half ass made, but at least was mostly edible.
I've been to many different Arby's, and I've never been served food like this.

They don’t treat the workers right in my opinion. Their food is disgusting. My turkey bacon ranch sandwich, all the meat was on one side and tiny piece of lettuce and one price of bacon.

My mom ordered a burger. It was so messy. The pickles were so hard you couldn't bite thru them. The person taking our order talked so low that we couldn't hear a word they were saying and they made zero eye contact.

We were passing through Ripley today and went with Arbys over the other options. The food was terrible. The cheese on my chicken bacon and swiss wasn't melted and the entire sammy was cold. Every sammy was cold. The curly fries were cold. Nobody wanted to finish their food so we ended up wasting a significant chunk of the $33.xx we spent. I would have gone back and demanded either my money back or better food but i was already back on the highway when we cracked into our meals. We were the only customers in the store prior to getting our food so it wasn't like the place was overwhelmed. There's no good reason we got food this bad. It was a very disappointing experience. I would not return to any Arby's based this experience.
