Terrible service. My family and I were waiting over 45 minutes for our food to come out. Tables that arrived before us were being served first.
Food was fine, nothing phenomenal.
Wouldn't recommend sitting down and eating here. If you can get it delivered to you, do it.

I ate lunch at Bob Evans in Ripley WV today with one of my friends . Her straw was dirty ... Looked like it had grape jelly on it . When she very politely asked for a new one the waitress snidly said just use it girl. But she did get her a new one . Then when out food came my pot roast sandwich literally has like half a teaspoon full of roast beef on it and my bun was toasted so lighly it just looked like someone started toasting it and just said we'll that's good enough. I politely told her I hate to co.plain but showed her my sandwich and asked very nicely if they would remake it and the waitress again with a smart mouthed attitude said "just quit complaining girl " when I had not even complained until that very moment . She did bring me another sandwich but all around it was a crappy experience that cost 2 of us like 40 bucks to eat there . The last time I tried this Bob Evans was around 3 yes ago when I went there on a Sunday evening. Not hardly any customers in the whole place and after seated it took the waitress 15 min to come to our table and instead of asking us what we would like to drink or may I take your order , she just said do you know what you want . I told her no thanks and we left. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it again and yet again was let down by literally the worst service in Ripley . You would think someone working for tips would be smart enough not to have a smart mouthed comment constantly cause that sure doesn't add up lol.

Had Delores today. She messed up a few items on our order. It was busy in there. She got angry because she messed it up. Did not bring any refills to my family the rest of the time we were in there. Kept asking and was ignored as she kept walking by the table. Couldn't finish our meal and got the check and left after she asked if we wanted boxes. Still no refills. Will never be back!! This is not the first time she's acted like this towards us.
