We stopped here on our travels through. I've been to several Bob Evans locations and have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I came here. If you are lucky enough to get Samantha you will get someone who is great with kids, always smiling, and provides great service. All of the food was hot and served quickly and delicious. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. We were told they recently got some new stuff and everything is going great and you can see that this is definitely the case!

It is Bob Evans, food was as expected. Service was good. What was not as usual was the overall worn condition and bathroom not kept up, not terrible. Looking at the ceiling, tiles looked dingy and worn. Did not effect the food or service.

Ordered onion rings but when I picked up the order it had soggy French fries instead of the onion rings. Ketchup packets were covered in maple syrup & my Mac & cheese was cold and was barely given a scoop. The burger was supposed to have only bacon cheese, lettuce & mustard but came out to me with no cheese nor mustard & loaded with everything including onions which I cannot eat. Paying $20 for a burger I’d expect better quality in regards to the food. However, the waitstaff was friendly & polite especially considering it was close to closing time. As someone who has worked the service industry for many years, I appreciated that. I wish I checked the order before leaving because by the time I got home & realized everything, they were already closed. Very disappointed

Delores was not our waitress but took care us in a discreet way. Our waitress didn't check on us or even give us silverware. No bread with meal...again had to ask for it. Never checked on our drinks. Didn't offer to go box. Excuse of being pregnant isn't an excuse peroid. Bathroom was dirty. Food was good. When my husband cuts the tip I left you know the service was bad. I honestly was shocked when he got in the car and handed me money and said the service was that bad she didn't deserve that big of a tip. I always tip well. I expect better from Bob Evans.

Often stop in Ripley but Bob Evans has really gone downhill. Last 2 times the bathroom is really not clean-the floor is wet. Our food came-mine was ok but other before were disappointed in the messy plates. 2 of us had fries and they were very small and cold. I think we got the bottom of the bag. Biggest complaint was water dripping from a vent on the ceiling on to our table and personally my arm. Oh! And the FLIES! Gross. We need a restaurant to be CLEAN please!!

We ate there Monday around noon. The food was horrible. French omtoast was hard. My wife's country fried steak was hard. Her green beans was burnt. My son's scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless.

My mom and I go here every Sunday for breakfast. It’s our favorite place to go! We always get seated quickly, greeted with friendliness, and our favorite waitress Amy always has great energy and constant care for what we need. Plus the food never disappoints!
