The new morning waiter older woman. Shes definitely something else shes rude she cant take orders right, but last Saturday morning we had a awesome waiter she brought us biscuits and she was 110%Awesome :)

For starters the initial greeting was very unwelcoming. Hostess was rude and seemed to not want to be there. We were sat right next to the kitchen door not enjoyable. Waitress was ok forgot to ask for things we needed as well as brought my appetizer along with meal. Food was extremely disappointing. Bland flavor less. My wife ordered a dinner meal and was extremely salty. Dinner rolls were brought out at the end of our meal. I do not recommend this place. 50 dollar lunch was a huge waste of money.

Had not been here in a few but my last experience was terrible. Gave it another try and it was worth it! Must have new manager:Clean, food was on time and delicious. I recommend give this place another try!

There is nothing on the menu that stands out. Their potato soup is awful. It was more like potatoes in flavorless cheese sauce. The backs of all the chairs are grungy as can be.

Amazing! I'm not sure what just happened, but we stopped at this fantastic Bob Evans, ordered two meals and we're back on the road in under 30 minutes! Ridiculously fast service, great food, and the smell of fresh baked rolls as soon as we walked in. Thank you!
Freezing cold air blowing out of vent above table. Cold food and parts of meal were not fresh. Mac and Cheese looked like day old leftovers. Green beans were ice cold. Pot roast was not hot. Banana bread was stale. Couldn't say anything to the waitress because she never returned until she brought our bill. Also didn't get drinks refilled.

We were seated quickly. Our waitress got 3 out of 7 people's orders wrong in one way or another (or the kitchen got the orders wrong). It took a long time to get our food, so we didn't complain. My husband and I got hash browns with our meals, and the potatoes were undercooked/crunchy raw and not even hot. My breakfast sandwich was delicious. I probably wouldn't choose to eat here again based on this experience, but my brother who is fairly local, said it's normally better. We are thinking the waitress was new, she seemed to be new/inexperienced. And maybe the kitchen was short staffed. ?♀️

Excellent! Staff, food the whole nine yards! My mother opened this restaurant up before I was born and then she travelled down to Florida to open up the first one in Florida in Lakeland .

I used to be a huge fan of Bob Evans but since Mr Evans died the quality of the food is just went downhill. Literally I used to eat at Bob Evans at least once a week. Now maybe once a year. Although this location services pretty good and the food's not bad for what it is.
