First time trying. Food was good, I got the tender combo meal with mashed potatoes and a biscuit the mashed potatoes were nice and the biscuit was wonderful. The tenders were a little tough to chew. Also order the regular size potato wedges they were warm but not crispy like I was hoping for. Staff was friendly and quick to help me with questions

Was passing through the area on vacation & Needed a quick snack . Never ate anything here before , Actually, never heard of it before . Their chicken looked really good , So I decided 2 get the chicken tenders . They were delicious & Very juicy . I made a good decision when I got those . If ur In the area looking 2 Get something 2 eat Or just looking 4 A quick snack I would highly recommend recommending trying Chester’s . No regrets here .

Manager charged me twice for same order. I told her that she already charged me and she put my receipt in the register that she pulled. Instead of checking the register she asked the cashier and the cashier denied charging me so she took the cashiers word for it

Ripley WV. The place looked like it might serve up some good food. I'm not sure I'll attempt anything with a biscuit though ! We're traveling and stopped for coffee at Love's travel center. I wanted a warm biscuit with butter and honey. The honey is built into the biscuit, I guess. That's what I was told. The biscuit wasn't warm AT ALL and VERY HARD !! VERY !! I threw it on the floor of the car and will wait the 3 hours until we're home to eat.

If I could give a negative zero I would the place is run by angry people who can't seem to keep up with the very small menu and on top of that they seem to be in a big hurry to get back to doing WHAT!! I'm just going to get the hotdog next door..STAFF REDO

I ate here 3 times before I did this review. All 3 times the chicken is nasty dried out,mashed potatoes are gross. The lady ask what my 2 sides was potatoes and wedges that's the only thing they had then charged extra money. Won't eat here anymore

This was our first time eating Chester's Chicken & we loved it! My husband got fried chicken livers & potato wedges, I got chicken strips & potato wedges. Very good food & their dipping sauces were good too.
