It takes them a long time to make food, but the food is delicious and well worth it. When I'm in Ripley this is my choice place for Italian food.

Late Monday evening (9 pm) meal. We were the only ones dining in, one call in order was picked up while we were there.

Subpar pizza, lower quality than store brand frozen pizza; a sentiment echoed by our twin 10 year old granddaughters.

“Deluxe pizza” - couldn’t find mushrooms, only found 1-3 tiny onions, banana peppers overwhelmed everything, sauce to topping ratio way off… toppings slid off after a bite or two. Little to no meat, least amount of topping on a pizza we’ve bought from a pizza restaurant or even a frozen pizza.

“Meat pizza” - ham appeared and tasted like cheap lunch meat, stacks of ham not separated, minimal amount of other meats (only found 2-3 slices of pepperoni), sausage tasted off, and like the deluxe the sauce to topping ratio was way off. Also, like the deluxe the amount of toppings was lacking.

Clean restaurant, pizza came out very hot, and the front counter employee was very hard working for positive points. On the negative side; restaurant felt like there was no AC, no trash can inside for customer use, and one gentleman in back was easily heard saying lots of junk that shouldn’t expressed in the workplace particularly if customers can hear it (politics, religion, and even more fun stuff the 45 minutes we were there).

Second visit, same as first visit… no pepperoni rolls available. Finally, prices not posted and the subpar pizza turned out to be quite pricey for the abysmal quality.

Kid-friendliness: Not a place to bring kids if employees are permitted to discuss inappropriate material in the workplace. Hopefully management puts a stop to this as this restaurant is right next to a high school.

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered 2 pizzas waited 35 mins for them then was told the other had to be redone so while our family of 5 waited 2 of us watched while waiting another 30 mins for the 2nd pizza. This pizza reminded me of 711 pizza it was terrible ? if the owner gino is alive he should be ashamed any true Italian would never serve this pizza. Nevermind the service the cook spitting in trashcan in kitchen wiped sweat of his head and then our pizza came out ummmm gross. Half the staff is sitting on porch smoking and not one asked us how our food was.

Horrible service...could not get food to the right table. Then had to wait forever to get food. And after all that I asked for one extra dressing and wanted to charge me 89 cents. I told her after all we had to go through you want to charge me more. We told her to keep it. We told her we would not be back and she said that was fine and for us to have a good evening. With all that being said I'm not a happy customer.

Unwilling to wait 45 mins for pizza, sadly, due to limited staff.

Been going to Gino's since I was a kid and have always loved their food. Was in Ripley this week for Christmas with family and ordered Gino's for everyone, which is customary for us. First time that I can ever remember the pizza being completely horrible. We ordered a total of six pizzas (Supremes, pepperoni, and cheese), and all of them were far below any Gino's pizza I have eaten in the past. The only item that was good was the pubwich sandwich, which was really good. Hopefully this was a one time fluke, but weary of ordering next time we're in.

Ordered spaghetti, very little sauce, the bread was hard as a rock and burnt. And all Over priced. It use to be our favorite place to eat. Not anymore. Ordered FF for the kids, they were really good, but that was it.
