Las Trancas Mexican Restaurant - Ripley

We just stopped for food randomly while passing through. OMG. It was fantastic. The food was very good, and we got a lot of food for the price honestly! I got a 3 meat mix burrito (chicken steak and chorizo), my friend got chicken fajita. Fantastic, and quick service too. If your ever passing through, definitely stop here. Very very good. Easy parking (we came with a horse trailer and there was plenty of room for that)

This place is the most horrible restaurant. I ended up going there for lunch because I had to pick up stuff from next-door. The chips were so stale that I broke my tooth. I called the store to talk to a manager and one of them text me and said that they need a picture of my receipt sent them the picture of my receipt and food that I couldn’t even eatand they said that I forged the receipt. They are the most trifling place that I’ve ever been to I’m working on a lawyer to sue them as we speak. If you want excellent Mexican and don’t have to worry about your money being took go to the other Mexican restaurant by the quality inn never had stale chips or horrible food there

Clean place, fast service, however the food was very bland and not good at all!!! Not sure what the rice was, but they could have at least used Mexican rice. Uncle Ben’s tastes better than what was served to us. I’ve had better flavored food at Taco Bell. Will not return.

We loved this place. First-time visiting. The food was exquisite and fresh. My shrimp Fajita and Churros for dessert were so delish. My family also enjoyed their dishes. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He gave us the best recommendations. It's totally recommended.

Food had no flavor and was one of the worst Mexican meals I have ever ate. The margaritas was a large glass of mix with very little tequila. The restaurant was clean and our server was very polite and attentive. If ever back in the area would look for another restaurant to eat at...very disappointing.

I have come here at least 1-2 times a week for almost a year now and the food never disappoints. The service is amazing, I have never had to wait for anything — food, seating, special requests etc. The servers are awesome and very personable.
