I work here, so i can get a bit of an inside scoop. Managers are great, most of my co-workers are also great, but sometimes when it gets hard we can be quick to losing our smiles and customer service. If it wasnt for that, it would be an easy 5 star.

People in drive thru are the worst They are the dirtiest looking people you would think McDonalds manager would have more pride about who is in the public eye. They are always getting orders wrong.

The friendliest staff I’ve met at a McDonald’s restaurant. They brought the e food out, refilled my drink and all while it was during lunch rush.

Awful service. We were parked for 20 minutes for them to forget our drinks. The lady asked us what drinks we ordered. Closed the window and immediately reopened it to ask again. She then brought 2 wrong drinks and got annoyed when I told her they were wrong. After her saying that’s what you told me(it was not) I said they should have my order reciept if not I have mine. She rolled her eyes and stated again this is what I told her I ordered. Never had my order fixed. We drove away. Only to find our food was wrong as well. Awful customer service.

Great McDonald’s location. Very clean, friendly employees, and really delicious food. As a family, we appreciate a clean and friendly environment. The food came out fast. It was warm and fresh. Thanks for the great service. I also want to note that they had plenty of nice outdoor seating with composite wood furniture. We greatly appreciate the outdoor dining options when traveling on long haul trips with kids.

Homeless man sleeping on bench outside restaurant should have been my first clue. The restaurant was filthy, staff was just standing around talk to each other. I order just a drink and had to get their attention to get a cup while other customers stood in line. The Coke machine was not functioning well., had to get help for that. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING AVOID THIS MCD!!
