I recently visited this McDonald’s location as a truck driver and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a Double Fish Filet, but received only a single filet, and it was clearly reheated, with a wrinkled bun. Additionally, the Double Hamburger I ordered was squashed and not fresh. This isn’t the first time this has happened in the past week. As a truck driver, I don’t have time to check every detail, and it’s frustrating when the order isn’t correct and not fresh. This kind of service really damages McDonald’s reputation.

Had to wait over 30 mins for my order-big Mac meal and a 4 piece chicken nugget kid’s meal; no apologies for the long wait. That is ridiculous! Won’t be stopping here ever again.
