Was nasty.
Placed an online order for pick up. Get there and it’s closed so they took my money and I ended up with no food. Unacceptable!!!
Asked for a 6 inch pizza sub, she proceeded to scoop 3 full ladels of marinara sauce onto the bread, slap down half a pound of pepperoni and an ungodly amount of mozzarella cheese. The lady used more ingredients than we would use on a large pizza at pizza hut. Needless to say the sandwich was inedible. Less of a lunch and more of an assassination attempt.
Not at all happy when I've traveled here for lunch and it's CLOSED.
Wonderful staffing
Absolutely best food experience in a long time! Wish I had cought the sandwich artists name to give him credit. My 7 year old son decided it was his time to shine at this visit. He talked the guys ear off as we told them our toppings. He also popped off with 'My Dad's gonna have to probably p*** after this'. The guy laughed sure but he really handled it the best possible way. He makes amazing sandwiches and his customer service skills are epic. While checking someone out he asked what we wanted - were a complicated sandwiches and toppings bunch - he REMEMBERED everything without needing to ask again for 3 different subs! Food was fresh and amazing and made correctly to our specifications. If you see a younger guy with tattoos and I think he wore glasses too I highly recommend stopping and enjoying his next level customer service experience. Subway give this guy a raise it was seriously the food highlight experience of 2020 for us.

Extremely rude. I understand our world is changing and new guidelines are being applied, but expecting me to know your establishments new rules without any prior notice, then getting an attitude with me because I walked in when you already had a customer is beyond unexceptionable. Why do you have multiple tape marked spots if they aren’t to be used?Customer Service is lacking something terrible.

Always good.
Subway is a wonderful place to eat .
Sloppiest sub I've had from Subway in 15 years. The older gentleman who works here needs to learn service skills.
The work staff was exceptional, very friendly. Food was fresh, and hot...
I waited for service but no luck. Where are the employees?!?!
