If I could give zero stars I would. I watched someone bring an open sandwich back to the counter. They stated it wasn't theirs and gave it to the lady behind the counter. She said oops, I think that was supposed to be for this mobile order. She closed the sandwich up and put it in the mobile order bag. That sandwich had at least one other person's hands on it while it was on the customer side of the counter. That is freaking disgusting. Needless to say I walked out.

Had the baconator, plain nothing special. Fries aren't crispy. 100 flavor soda machine. Every sugar-free drink I tried wasn't available. We travel through the area frequently. Last stopped here three years ago. Service is better. The tables were clean. We were only people in the dining room. The food hasn't improved. Maybe try again in a couple of years. Wouldn't recommend it.

The service was terrible, very rude. They messed up my order and when I went to ask for the thing that was missing they threatened to call the cops. The outside patio or tables had old food from what looked to be hours before. It had cockroaches and other bugs crawling around the pavement. The trash was not taken out even at 11 o’clock at night. While me and my family were eating they were staring us down. Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to will not be back.

I mean, it's Wendy's! I have a choice been 2 different Wendy's and I definitely prefer the Ravenswood store. Food is always fresh and staff are always nice.

Very nice morning crew. I just wish the food was fresh. They ask what they can make fresh for you but then when you get it your potatoes are cold and mushy the sandwich taste like it had been sitting there over night. I hate to complain because the ppl that was working was beyond nice but I just hate having to pay for food and then not even get to eat it because it was not fresh at all. The food wasn’t even warm…. Unfortunately, I will not be stopping back at this restaurant again not even for lunch or dinner that just left a bad taste in my mouth literally….

Usual wendys, depends on who is making the food, the one in ripley is spot in for chicken usually. Other than that good potatoes, chili needs some help, and sometime the inside customer service can use a boost.
