Expecting fine dining - prices reflect higher ending experience but operation is more like casual dining. No host upon arrival, seemed short staffed. Food was mediocre at best. Server was personable but a little stretched.
Service was superb and done in a cheerful manner. I was pleased they were able to accommodate my special dietary request. Limited in what I could eat due to return surgery. Location is beautiful hilltop setting with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Gorgeous dining room with huge windows to see the great view.
Beautiful outdoor dining, wonderful personal service from every employee I encounter, delicious meals. Can’t wait to be back.

The Asian pulled pork sandwich with loaded Korean Pulled Pork remains a standout dish, served on a toasted pretzel bun with dill havarti and Asian crunch slaw. The homemade frips, accompanied by french onion dip, are a tasty side option. Recent reviews highlight the spectacular views and the quality of the food, particularly the smoked brisket and the smoked pork shoulder, which many describe as amazing. The bruschetta appetizer received high praise for being stellar. Despite some organizational issues and pricing concerns, the friendly and attentive staff enhance the experience. Lightburn's is a worthwhile spot for a casual drink and scenic enjoyment, making it worth the trip for many visitors. The pulled pork recommendations were delicious and the service was next level. Chef Liza knows her job and is darn good at it. The bruschetta appetizer was amazing and the presentation was beautiful. The Brisket with veggies and mashed potatoes had wonderful flavor and goodness. The brownie, ice cream, and bacon caramel sauce was the perfect ending to the evening.
