Order the chicken pot pie! It was the best I’ve ever had!

This place was amazing! I got the chicken pot pie and it came out hot and crispy. My husband got the crab cake sandwich and he loved it. Our waitress, Tara, was attentive, thoughtful and super helpful. I would 100% come back if I was in the area again. Also love the chicken decor! 🐓

This place has an upscale rustic, country feel to it. I really don’t want to compare this place with Cracker Barrel, the cast iron skillets and pans that some of my food was served in gave me that country feeling. I ordered the BBQ pork sandwich and a side of mac and cheese. BBQ and mac and cheese is the way to my heart and this food was amazing! I was a bit hesitant at first because I forgot to ask for no coleslaw on the sandwich, but I ate it anyways and it tasted perfect. Connor was my server and he was courtesy and made recommendations when I asked. He was very polite and professional. I like to observe how the servers interact with the patrons at restaurants and he carried himself very well seemed to enjoy what he does. I would definitely come here again if I’m in the area.

Food tasted good. Had Brunswick stew. It was very salty. Mashed potatoes were good and a nice quantity. South mountain ice cream for desert was tasty, however the scoop size was very tiny.

Initially, very disappointed with the service walking into the place. We stood at the entrance waiting for someone to greet us as did a few more people that came in after us. 3 people behind the bar area never greeted us as they looked at us as we were standing there. A pleasant greet, like hi welcome someone will be right with you, goes a long way. It was not busy as we came in after lunch time and before dinner time.
The smoker was kicking out some amazing smells.
The smoker smells were better than the food we had. Your BBQ needs some work. Really over done pork belly and brisket.
The burger Patti was delicious and flavorful. I personally liked the chips the best. We spent over 120.00 in drinks and food. The drinks were outstanding. Burger was $26 dollars.
Such a neat little venue hoping we were just there in an off day.

Appalachian cuisine. There is some serious smoke integrated into each entree and it is delicious. Cooking time is a little slow. Big wine, beer, and cocktail list. There was no pepperoni roll contrary to Google menu pictures.

Loved all the food! My only complaint was the seckel pear salad and beet salad were the same except the blackberries and dressing. But both were tasty and I was grateful to the kitchen for sending them out as sides.

1st time ever there and it was amazing. Got a iced coffee for a drink, the Appetizer was shrimp with guacamole and butternut squash, lunch was chicken pot pie with egg, and finally dessert was potato candy pie… 1-10 enjoyed ☺️

We were seated relatively quickly but ended up setting at our table for at least 10 minutes with no service even though two other parties of 2 were seated and waited on. My wife and I decided to leave as this is usually a sign of mismanagement and bad service probably would have continued throughout the meal.

My wife and I were seated relatively quickly but then waited over 10 minutes for a server even though several tables seated after us had been waited on. We left without anyone acknowledging us which was probably for the best as I had no indication the meal would have gotten any better after that point. Why waste the time!

Just go!!! We went with a group for Sunday brunch - everyone was super impressed with their choices of food and drinks. The core cuisine is new Appalachian with inspired twists of other ethnic cuisines. Fresh local ingredients, amazing baked goods! Service was attentive, great atmosphere. Can’t wait to return!
