Our Anniversary ! Always a great stay over the years - service, accommodations, environment, menu - thoughtful & exceptional. Our sincere thanks to the Asam family and Staff - and thank you for the very sweet card
Ericka was wonderful and Stephanie was a great hostess!! Beautiful
So fun, great food, location and pool was amazing!!!
Dinner at the restaurant. Sat on the casual side. Great ambiance. Outdoor seating also available. Great selection of microbrewed beer.
Our third stay at the beautiful Bavarian Inn and it never disappoints. We loved our river-view room, relaxing infinity pool, and fine dining. Rooms were well appointed and we upgraded to champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries at check-in. The views are incredible. After a delightful hike on the nearby C&O Canal we relaxed poolside with drinks. The staff treated us to complimentary fresh fruit skewers on the deck. Dinner was spectacular. We asked for outdoor seating and enjoyed the scenery while dining. Highly recommend the shepherds pie! The inn features a free continental breakfast which we enjoyed on our balcony before finishing the morning back at the pool. Just a lovely stay and I highly recommend!
Had dinner and a couple of beers. Bartender was most pleasant. I will be back.
Rooms need some updating but the nostalgia and comfort is there. Always a good time and good scenery
Amazing food atmosphere and over all experience
Another amazing dinner with a view at our favorite restaurant. The lobster risotto was amazing while dining al fresco!
We stopped here for dinner, since both kids went off to college and we had a gift card. Our server Katie was very attentive and the food was delicious. We highly recommend and will be back.

Came here for lunch, reminds me of the Von Trappe lodge in Vermont. Sauerbratten was delicious, as was the Sheppards pie, reuben and the lobster shrimp salad.
Whenever we are anywhere near this place we always stop in for beer and food. Every time we go, the food is outstanding and the cocktails are on point. They have a wide range of beer to try. Flights are offered. It always a great experience. Can't wait to book a room reservation and spend my time in the infinity pool!
Mediocre hotel and accommodations. Okay visit.
Our tv didn’t work the tech spent one hour in our room , called his managerand they were not able to fix it. We had to move to another room our own. Repacked our suitcases and then unpacked them in a new room. No help from anyone. I asked the reservation people if we would be compensated in any way and the guy at the desk replied, “ well you got upgraded room. There is no compensation. I I told him that management should have st least called us to apologize. And that I never asked for an upgraded room!!! he said nothing. I am waiting to talk to the manager tomorrow when we check out. By the way, the food in their restaurant is terrible.
Dinner for a sister weekend! Fabulous food and amazing service -Landon (our server) was very attentive and personable. Excellent food - pretzel, and sausage sampler appetizers were yummy! Entrees - stroganoff and crabcakes were flavorful and delicious. The presentation was beautiful too! Too full for dessert - wishes we could have sampled it! Next time!
