Rude staff, extremely poor customer service. Don’t expect Eli the manager to intervene in the customers defense. Staff member hung up on me, then lied and said that I cursed at him. What a way to treat a local member of the community.

The management and 16 year old employee are both incredibly rude. If you have any issue with your order, don’t bother trying to talk to anyone. The manager will only side with the 16 year old employee. This is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. Seriously unprofessional and ZERO customer service skills from the top down.
They accidentally made an extra of the cheese pizza I ordered and gave it to me. What a wonderful surprise!! Fast service and friendly staff also help :)

I love dominos apps! They are like the best apps as far as the chain pizza delivery game goes. Any way I called this location in Shepherdstown and I got the most kind and humble man named Daniel taking care of my delivery order over phone. His customer service is great he is a very kind gentleman. You killed it bud thank you .

Ordered 2 pizzas and chicken and my pizza was, the wrong size (medium not large) and was a slight amount of sausage and green peppers instead of sausage and onions that I ordered. Not coming back anytime soon.

Gave it 4 stars because of inconsistency. Sometimes the pizza is cooked well, but always the edges are burnt and other times the center, about 4 inch circle, is still doughy and uncooked. They do offer to replace it but we would have to drive back a 2nd time since we are not in their delivery zone. So we only go there on occasion now.
