Ordered online on the Domino app. Always an easy experience for me. Pizzas were ordered and ready within 20 minutes. The pizzas were exactly as I ordered. They were delivered quickly to my vehicle with a cheerful hello. The pickup process is easy and turning on the hazard lights is a good idea. Clean store front and the dining areas are clean. Overall a good experience and delicious pizza. I will be back.

As I’m sitting in my vehicle waiting for my food to be ready, I look up into the store and notice one of the workers walk over to the food prep area, And reaches his hand into the food, Picking around and eating it. And the other worker who is prepping the food, Walked back up from the back vaping. The vaping I don’t normally care about as I vape, But don’t do that while you’re prepping my food. And definitely don’t pick at the food and eating it with no gloves on 🤢

I received GREAT customer service today at the Shepherdstown Dominos. Daniel waited on me. I had ordered my pizza online at the wrong location. When I got there he said it's no problem I will have one ready for you in 8 minutes. Thank you for the great service and getting me back to school in time for the student's special lunch.

I ordered two barbecue pizzas Friday night. Whoever made them put so much barbecue sauce on it was sickening. On top of that they barely put any cheese on. Dominoes I am disappointed.

Basically what you would expect from a Dominos: Cheap ingredients, that somehow taste decent and is delivered very fast. The staff are nice and delivery guy is good.
I’ve ordered from here for years with no problems… until two nights ago when I got a violent case of food poisoning, from (1) slice of pizza. Nice! Former customer future abstainer.
