Wowsers! I'd heard about the deliciousness that is Heritage Smoked Meats, and today I finally got a chance to try it for myself! Had the sausage and chicken quarters, and good golly, it was fantastic. The chicken came with a homemade white sauce that was pure magic, and the sausage had some of the best smoked flavor goodness on this side of the Mississippi. I'm hoping the brisket is available the next time we cross paths! Five stars!
