Karl and Heritage Smoked get an 5 stars from me! He prepared for and served a party of 75 to everyone's delight! Brisket, chicken quarters, cole slaw and mac and cheese! To top it off, Karl is remarkably kind and patient! Thank you!
This is by far the best smoked meat I’ve tried since my grandpa’s! If you’ve been searching for high quality excellent smoked meat, like we have been, look no further. I highly recommended HSM!
