Been a loyal customer for years but the past couple of pizzas have been lacking. I realize cost are going up but when the price keeps going up and the food quality goes down it doesn’t work. I purchased a pepperoni pizza and the last 2 times the pizza had way less toppings both cheese and pepperoni. Sad now I need to find new go to pizza place .

Excellent Pizza! Our first time at this Kings and we tried their gluten free pizza. They even provided a separate pizza slicer to help prevent contamination! The pizza was delicious - definitely one of the best gluten free crusts!

They suck i love there pizza but tonight we ordered food and half went in the trash this was the one in shepherd's town, the 1 in Inwood, and the other ones. They are great. The food tastes great but not in shepherd's town. Horrible, horrible, ordered zucchini fries, and they were burnt. Taste like s*** ordered wings, barely put any sauce on it. And the bacon chicken sandwich pahini was nasty waste of $30. Never going there again to that one. And the people that work there, yeah, joke. Every time I go up there It sucks they are not like the other ones.

Not accommodating to food allergies. One person in our group has a severe dairy allergy and staff refused to check which items were dairy free. He ended up only being able to eat fries. They weren't friendly and seemed to not care. The food came out cold. Won't be coming back.

The first time I visited King’s Pizza, I gave them three stars—it was okay, but nothing special. I decided to give them a second chance, and I have to say, they completely turned things around.
The experience this time was way better, and they really delivered. Whatever might have been off before was nowhere to be found on this visit.
If you’ve been on the fence about trying them again, I’d say it’s worth it. They made a strong comeback, and I’ll definitely be back.

I love King’s pizza however tonight was my last time at Shepherdstown. When a large steak and cheese is nothing but bread with more lettuce than meat and dry, imagine a large sub with the amount of meat for a small. It’s definitely not worth what you pay for.

Food was delicious!!!!Meat lovers pizza was amazing! Cheeseburger subs and steak and cheese salad also delicious. We are definitely going to be ordering pizza from here from now on.
