Ordered two large pizzas on a Friday night for takeout. The Special (loaded) and a Hawaiian. Turn-around time was fast, toppings were generous, and overall quality was great. My only gripe, and maybe this is just "the way things are now"... is that two large pizzas was $56 and change, before tip. That said, I'd much rather support this smaller business than the franchise pizzeria's.

Visited Shepardstown from out of town and came here on a friend’s recommendation. I have a lot of experiences at different pizza restaurants up and down the east coast with similar experiences. The counter ordering style is fairly common all over. I like the availability of silverware, plates, napkins and condiments as self serve so I can get what I need and not have to ask for it. As far as the food I had the white pizza and an order of fries. Absolutely loved the fries - crispy and perfectly fried. The pizza was delicious and the perfect size for two people. And all for a very reasonable price! The employees and customers were all very friendly and welcoming. Struck up a small conversation with a local couple at a neighboring table. Will definitely be back and thanked my friend for the recommendation as soon as I returned home.

The food was great. What I didn't care for was the cafeteria style they have there. As the one that makes most of the meals, its nice to go to a restaurant and sit and be served, not an option at this establishment. If you want a drink you better get it yourself and you even have to clean up your own table
I'm just not getting it and why the opted out on having waiters and waitresses. I will pass this one and go to another King's where I can have the whole dining experience.

This used to be a very good Kings Pizza but unfortunately over the years its went down hill in terms of the quality of food a portion size all while the prices have gone up. Literally we have ate there 4 or 5 time this past yr [maybe more or less] and almost everyone of those time we have has an issue. I will say each time we brought out complaints Kings was willing to make it right so thats a plus. Just last week I ordered a lrg Steak&Cheese sub and honestly it was the worst Ive ever had of any place I've been. Meat lacked seasoning and was flavorless, bread was stale, lettuce smelled strange and the size did not represent what a lrg sub. I just wont be going back to this Kings anymore Pics might make this sub look big but I assure you it wasnt

Might as well be a fast food restaurant. No table service, food was subpar. Ordered a kids spaghetti & didn't get bread. All other Kings serve bread with childs pasta meals. I won't go back there.

Good food, unfortunately if you order over the phone there's a chance your order will be wrong, especially if you alter a menu item. Ordering a menu item as it comes will most likely be correct though.

Kings was awesome to work with! We traveled from PA to WV for a baseball game. They were responsive and accommodating to our changing times and days! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a large order to go!
