Best McDonald's in the shepherdstown and martinsburg areas. This one always carries fresh food gets orders right.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 30-piece nugget. When I bit into one, it was hard, cold, and stale. These nuggets must have been sitting out for a while. I don't understand why you'd serve this to customers who are paying for fresh, warm food. I know you wouldn't want to eat it, so this isn't okay. Please fix this issue.

The food is good, when they get it right half the time they get it wrong and or plain out don’t give you the correct food. Everything else if very good. Nice workers and great food. The recent renovations are great.

The employees here are wonderful! Attentive, friendly and very good at their jobs. There can be a drive thru line around the building, and you will get through as quickly as possible and your order will be correct! My favorite McDonald's in the area!

The food was hot and came out quickly. The staff were responsive to requests, but more indifferent to customers rather than friendly. They did their jobs for the most part. The bathrooms weren't as clean as I would've liked and the kiosks for placing orders were certainly not user friendly. They forgot a little boy's happy meal toy and didn't bring the food to the table after the kiosk advised that they would. They just stood at the front and called the table number even though the restaurant wasn't busy and only one other table was occupied.
Parking: There was parking available on all four sides of the restaurant because it's in a shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: They were responsive to children. One little boy about 4 went up and asked for his happy meal toy. The asked him if it was in the box and when he said, "no", they gave him the toy, but weren't especially friendly.

I ordered the new flavor of McFlurry, Kit Kat banana. After eating the first 6 bites, I discovered that 7/8 of the cup was pure vanilla soft serve. Only the top layer has had any candy blended in- and it was not enough that you could give them the benefit of the doubt of maybe having poured in the pieces but forgetting to blend. It was only enough pieces for the top layer of ice cream.

Absolutely disgusting! Every table in this place was dirty and they don't have napkins out or paper towels in the bathroom so you can clean it yourself. Even most of the seating was dirty. And on top of that they quite literally only filled the box of fries half way not light but half. Terrible McDonald's

I had the worst experience coming here. I had ordered an English mc muffin & literally only got the English muffin by itself & they thought it was funny to put a plastic fork & butter knife as if I had ordered something to use them with. The worst costumer service I ever had. The woman who handed me my food literally rolled her eyes & did not care to say “have a good day”. I had to ask her co worker why she was giving me an attitude as if had done something to her. I had also ordered an ice coffee & threw it out thinking that they might of done something to my drink. Then I tried to call to complain & of course they hung up on me. I will never go back there again!

Ordered fish sandwich, and small fries. The fish was small and it had only a half piece of cheese. Fries were not very much and I paid over $9.00 for it all. Very disappointing. Haven't been to McDonalds in years. Won't be back! Thanks!
