There's a skinny kid named logan that works there and he makes the absolute worst subs I've ever seen. I had to ask for more lettuce and condiments 3 times, my sub came out looking like a burrito, it's not folded its rolled because there nothing on the sandwich. I'm grown I don't want baby portions

The "Open" sign was lit and the flyer on the door said they opened at 8:00 when I stopped by at 8:30 the door was locked and no one was seen. Not the 1st time this has happened to me at this location.

The last two times I got a sub from there, there was hair in it both times. I let it go the first time. I threw the sub away but didn’t complain to them. The second time, I called and told them. They didn’t seem to care but gave me the managers cell and said to text her. I texted Ms Ford and here it is nearly two weeks later and still no reply. They used to be good but lately they’re getting sloppy and just don’t seem to care about sanitation or customer service. I won’t be going back to this location.

Rude staff. They close at 10 but they have attitude about making sandwiches . They overcharged me and wouldn’t refund . The worker was too lazy to get more parchment paper so she put my sandwich on the counter and slid it to make it . Much rather go to another subway ! If I do go there it’s just for cookies and soup
My husband and I visited this location yesterday for lunch. We both ordered subs (one with white bread and one with wheat). Both breads were mushy inside. I thought mine was just mushy from the mayonnaise however, my husband's was also mushy and he only had lettuce and cheese on his. Also during our ordering, I witnessed an employee pull a topping off of a lady's sandwich and toss it back into the container. Not a huge deal but after the mushy bread, it makes me question them. I will not be returning any time soon.
