My mom and I went to dairy queen where we go ALL the time. I got a medium carmel moolatte with extra Carmel add whipped cream they charged me $8 and some change and its always $5 something for a medium extra Carmel. Then when I got my moolatte it was very runny and no whipped cream. My mom got a Carmel moolatte with an extra shot of chocolate add whipped cream and a small fry and they charged her $11 and some change when it should have been $8 something. She got her moolatte and it was more runny than mine and no whipped cream and no chocolate added. The lady at the window went to go get her manager and he was VERY VERY RUDE to us and said he is very busy and he dont have time to deal with us and give us a refund. I highly recommend to NOT go to the sisterville dairy queen.

I found here on my banana from the kid that made the banana split the general manager told him to put in here now on went back a few days later the same kid that hairnet was on my ice cream I'd ask the manager that was on duty then to have put it hair net on she said she would I saw him right before we were done eating he comes up to the lobby and still doesn't have a hair net on so I speak to the general manager about it he's very ignorant disrespectful and questions me on how I know that that kid was in the back earlier that day cooking without a hairnet that he wouldn't put one and then on how I know he was in the back cooking is because he come up to the lobby the gener manager i Brian at the sistersville West Virginia dairy Queen is ignorant and very disrespectful I will be calling the health department

Ordered 2 hotdogs with chili and onions and 1 with just chili and pretzels, to go. No onions at all, the chili was nasty, the pretzels were cold. We barely ate any of it and when we got home we both threw up. That was the worst meal we ever had in our life.

This DQ always has great food, but a lot of times staff call off or there short handed. Now don't get me wrong the people that do work are always kind and helpful. Sometimes though the wait can be forever in the drive through. Inside can be just as bad on wait time. Usually the atmosphere is good and usually there are good folks in there enjoying their food as well.
Only go for the Ice cream. The food is terrible. Burgers taste like bought from a gas station. Weren't even hot when I got it.

Was kind of disappointed the cheese burger women got had been microwaved so bad the vegetables and condiments would burn you nasty. The chocolate fudge blizzard she got was horrible definitely not a fudge taste or edible. And either the banana split or the chicken strip basket has my stomach tore up.

Order online because of how long they take. Got there at the time it said and still nothing. Finally got told the blizzards we ordered had to be refunded. Order a 4 piece and a 6 piece chicken basket, had to ask 4 different times before they even checked on my order. Didn't come with the toast or the gravy. This DQ has went down hill. Had all school aged kids working.
