Such a great little diner for breakfast. We were in the area for the back home festival in New Martinsville. We drove down to Sisterville and took the ferry across the river. I believe it's mostly homemade. I recommend the captain's breakfast.
Perfect homestyle breakfast. Real fried potatoes, delicious sausage patty, perfect biscuits. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the breakfast was one of the best we've had in a small diner.

This restaurant is an essential breakfast stop for me when I'm in SE Ohio. The food is prepared with care and the view of the Ohio river is lovely. My friends and I enjoyed it much more than eating at a chain restaurant. We skipped the free breakfast at our hotel in Zanesville and rode almost 2 hours to go to the Riverview.
