My wife went to subway yesterday April 26, 2025 to grab us 4 sandwiches. When she went inside all the bread was stacked up and not in oven. She thought nothing of this but when she made it home on all the sandwiches the bread was a rock and it was falling apart like it was a week old. The service was very friendly but the food was awful. Subway is meant for fresh ingredients and these were not. I’ve never seen bread stacked up in a subway not in the oven and you could tell is was old.

Unfortunately, I am not sure their procedures for prep and cooking their bread. Being a previous employee of another Subway, I know it shouldn't look undercooked on the bottom, dried out, and hard. It might be they didn't spritz the water on them this time. Or over night storing too much air exposure, it just that It's tasting like yesterday's day old hard bread.
Buying a dozen cookies, we so disappointing - they too were so hard you could not bite into them.
As for the footlong mint cookie - I don't think this is their issue, but I won't buy this again as it was difficult to swallow, too dry, crumbles so badly you might want to use a spoon.

U just NEVER know what ur gonna get...not bad if it's correct & fresh. But stomach cramps occasionally if it's not. The guacamole is amazing on the Italian BMT! (Door Dash DOES deliver locally...for fees).

Paige has done a great job with that store. It is always clean. The service is always great with a smile. I think the store needs a remolded but the ppl make that business.
Parking: It has a big clean parking lot. You pay nothing to park there. Just no big trucks overnight.
People are great unfortunately very slow. I also called to tell them my receipt show extra money taken off my card for a pizza sub with extra meat they charged me $13.00. I'm livid that they won't fix this and give my money back. Pizza sub is only $6.99&$2.00 extra meat so total $8.99. Till this is fixed I will be contacting corporate which is a Hassel just to make me more teed off they won't take calls they want you to do it on line. On line only allows you to try to franchise, order, or get a job basically. So where is the help. I can't buy subway no more if this is how they treat customers. If it wasn't for the flavor of the very expensive sandwich it would of only got the one star needed to post lol

Having one person in there was really bad for the poor girl. Management should really do better. It's not her fault, but it took me about 25 minutes to get a 6-inch sub. Again, it was not the employees fault she had a line of people.

Ridiculous to only have one kid closing when you've had multiple break-ins before and especially when you have adult managers. Waited an hour and a half for an online order and the poor kid had to call the manager to come in and help because of the rush. No one should be closing by themselves it's dangerous.
