Snowshoe is the highlight of my ski season every year. The adventure is never complete without at least one dinner at 10 Prime. Mark is a really great host and his staff are all professionals. The food is so good its easy to remember it as the best part of the trip. Although I did not make it back Sunday night because of the wind, snow, temp (there was not way I going out again) I had a wonderful dinner with you Saturday night. Food was delightful overall, We enjoyed the filet, whipped potatoes, & asparagus. The ambiance includes dim lighting, classical music and overall good view for a sunset. Although these were great, the service was below par. Id give the attentiveness a 2/5. Our server forgot bread until 20 minutes later after ordering our entree. The food took 35 minutes to come out. I had a chance to eat at 10 Prime during our Snowshoe vacation last weekend and the steaks we ordered were fantastic and they were cooked perfectly to order. The server was great and the manager stopped by to see how our meal was. Sure, it was expensive, but it was a great meal. Very pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be back our next trip to Snowshoe.
