This eatery is a foodie paradise. The originality of a creative twist on a traditional Caesar is worth exploring all on its own. Oysters Rockefeller, they ROCK along with everything else on the menu. Currently the seasonal dessert is a Caramel Apple Cheesecake that would roll anyone's eyes. And the lamb shank...imagine a lamb pot roast that literally falls off of the bone and melts in your mouth. Gotta dine here!

We stopped here before a concert expecting to get a quick bite to eat. We ordered just apps. 2 of our 3 Apps were perfect. We ordered the Nachos which came to our table ice cold. I returned them and asked for fresh nachos. When they came to our table again the 2nd time they were ice cold. The staff were not very pleasant when I asked for refund for the cold food.

Interesting set-up at this place. When dining on the dock, seating on one side is for those ordering from " the Bistro" menu only. While seating on the other half of the dock you can only order from "the Barge" menu - which has been reduced to a very limited selection. This was disappointing because their Barge menu used to be quite good.So we opted for the Bistro menu side and ordered a variety of their "small plates" selections. The food was delicious. The service was decent. The prices are moderate to high. $103 for 2 plus a tip. Fwiw, we drank ice tea and ice water.Overall it was a nice dinner and we will return.

We visited this location understanding that bar food would be served. No problem. We sat outside by the river as that was our main reason for going. The server was young and very uninterested in being there and it impacted our visit greatly. When you eat out, it's expensive and the food, service and atmosphere are what you're paying for. The food was less than expected. Nothing special at all. One order came out completely wrong. When the experience was discussed with management, we were met with "oh well, take it or leave it attitude". We will not be back. It's a shame because sitting outside on the deck is a nice atmosphere. People must have low service and food standards to keep going back and leaving any sort of positive review at all. Even the comments made by staff on social media regarding bad experiences by others are met with an "eat somewhere else mentality"....it's a shame. This place won't last and it could be a really great place to dine.

Specializes in Bourbon, a plus for a mid day boat ride! Pull the boat right up to the dock (plenty of spaces) and easy enough for my brother with disabilities to disembark and come in for some air conditioning. Lunch menu is a bit sparse but the nachos were delicious and the bartenders super helpful and friendly.

We visited the Barge to celebrate a family members birthday. We sat outside and knew before going that bar food was our food option. I was definitely disappointed with the food options. I ordered the pork nachos and they were tasty. Three people in our party ordered the pulled pork sandwiches and the buns were stale and hard. You are definitely paying for the location to eat and not the quality of food.

Great atmosphere, you can set outside and watch river traffic as you eat. Food is great.

the Lady that took our order made us feel like a nuisance, she didn't even listen to what we were trying to order. They only brought us half of what we ordered because she wouldn't pay attention long enough to get it right. Our receipt says her name is Alisha...I hope she learns how to treat people who are helping keep her in a job. The food was okay, and the seating was nice. We won't be back though.

Great location. Menu has been changed, too limited. The website menu is wrong. The bartender charged $9.63 for a 16 oz. draft IPA. I think it was inflated. What would they charge for a tall? Secret pricing on drafts, limited menu, now no burgers, only pulled pork sandwich, dogs and apps. No thanks. Be careful.

Disappointing....... ran out of scallops, ran out of desserts, had to ask for bread after 20 minutes, service was slow, entrees took a long time (over an hour), drinks are overpriced. The food we did have was amazing but not worth the price and definitely not an experience I will repeat.

Restaurant actually on a barge with really nice views at night. Food really good and served in a very elegant manner. Be sure to park at the top with a short walk to the barge as there really isn't parking right by the barge.
