We will not be back. The food was okay. Nothing to complain over but also not great. We came in to the restaurant with my autistic son. He will not eat Chinese food so we brought his food in as we always do at many restaurants. They could have told us it wasn’t allowed and we simply would have left. However, the server was very kind and understanding when we explained that he would not be eating. When we got our bill at the table, it was correct, two meals and three drinks. When we went to the register to pay, the lady running our payment changed the bill amount without telling us and ran our card for over $10 more than our bill from our server had said. She should have never changed the bill, especially without letting us know first. She did not serve us so why should she change the bill? She interrupted me as I was trying to explain that my son did not eat and said she understood and kept trying to make me sign the receipt where I was incorrectly charged. She was yelling in Chinese at the other employees right in my face and she was very rude. She eventually gave us a cash refund for the $10.
Overall just not a great experience and I’m sure there are plenty of better options for Chinese buffets in Charleston.

What a terrible bunch of rude smug workers. I will never be back. Learn to treat your customers with manners. It's too bad this place is popular just because of its location and overall lack of options in this town. Food is mediocre and definitely not worth the poor treatment and lack of decent service.

Fresh food with lots of choices. Restaurant is clean and service was up to par. Several employees talking loudly while cleaning tables during entire lunch was a little much but otherwise a good meal.

Fantastic options. Good food. Only knocked off atmosphere due to the AC not keeping up with the summer heat. Music was a little loud as well but it was different and enjoyable. Lot’s on the buffet. Did not get any pictures besides personal ones. Will update when (not if) I go back.

I am a door dasher, the pick up was at china king. the customer asked me to make sure of extra soy sauce and duck sauce. i explained to the customer that door dashers are not allowed to get into the bag. i offered to request extra from china king by discussing this with china king staff.

this woman from front of house yelled out for me to come in the other room and confirm the order. so i go and began to tell her about the customer request. she screamed, so rude, CONFIRM CONFIRM CONFIRM!!!!!!

i said my goodness lady you dont need to be rude about it i just wanted to ask you for extra,.....CONFIRM CONFIRM CONFIRM CONFIRM!!! she would NOT let me speak then she points at the door and screams LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK!!!!!

i do hope that people go eat somewhere else. i couldnt believe the hate in that lady. i was just trying to please THEIR CUSTOMER!

I ate here June 29, 2025, at approximately 11:45am, I eat quick and only stayed about 35 mins, I eat buffets by sampling a little bit of everything, kinda a bigger guy, so I have an appetite, I ate 3 not full plates of food from the buffet, after the third, the waitress handed me my check, quit filling my drink and took my card, I finished the third and wanted desert, went up and when I came back, my table was cleaned, fork gone, drink gone, and I couldn’t eat desert. Waitress said the fork stand is “right there” while running around and I didn’t know where she meant and so I put my plate in the dirty dish container and left, no rice pudding for me I guess. Kinda hurt my feelings, I felt cut off, and I just wanted my rice pudding. Might come back, idk though, good food isn’t really worth the embarrassment.
