The last 2 times I've went through the drive-thru at Hardee's in South Charleston for breakfast, the food was either cold or the biscuits and bread was hard as a rock. I called and told them about it, I didn't want any replacement so I went back and wanted a refund and the lady was rude to me because I didn't have the food (I through it out the window to the birds). I will never eat here again. The first time it happened I didn't call or get a refund and I was giving them the a second chance. They just lost a customer. Very disappointed with this restaurant 😒

Honestly staff was friendly, and the food was great it had been a while since I had gone to Hardee's, was thinking I wanted something different so I went to Hardee's and it was an excellent choice their 599 biggie bag is a great deal I got a wrap and a cheese burger with fries and a drink, which I upsized and I think it was only like $1 more, MAYBE $1.50 and glad I did. Highly recommend going there. Especially if you're tired of the same old stuff like McDonald's or Wendy's, or Taco Bell like me.

Burgers as good as they get as long as the police don't pull you over because you didn't have your seat belt on in the parking lot even though you put it on before pulling out onto the street.
