It was mid afternoon. Evidently there was a gathering planned for workers who seemed to work well together. In the hub bub of getting a long table of dinnerware beside us together, the 15-20 servers present totally ignored us after we were seated after I found a server (20 minutes gone by) he was excellent. The food was delicious! However, we ordered steak tips/egg with pancakes and the meat was sugared. I was hoping for real food with the sweet. Otherwise, a great value for budget minded with big appetites.. great if you love sweets. Coffee ON THE TABLE🤙😁

I was there on August 3rd 2025 at around 2pm. After our server and her help brought our food, we didn’t see her again until we were all done eating and were way beyond needing refills. We tipped cash, but the next day I was notified by my bank my charge changed to add an additional $6. I did not add anything extra. So someone took some money. I called and spoke with a manager who said he’d look into it but never heard back. That’s my last visit to that restaurant.

If I could give zero stars I would, I haven't eaten here an a long while and decided to give it a try since was kinda decent the last time, I placed a curbside order for family breakfast 45 dollars, I chose to pick it up 30 mins which was long then ASAP time they wanted to give me, I got there and it kicked me out the app so I had call to let then know I was there for my order, no one answered the first time so I waited a few and called again, the lady didn't ask my name or anything just told me they were behind and they'd be out with my food when it was ready, I waited in my car for 30 mins before deciding to go in, I sat and waited about 10 mins longer watching one group.of ppl walk out cause no one so much as served them water, and 2 others telling me they were waiting for their food. At this point I lost hope in the quality of the food when ever I would get it, so I asked a server for someone to give me a refund, that's when the woman came out with my food, I told her I was wanting to ask for a refund and she rudely asked "for why" I didn't wanna argue with her as she was already standoffish and rude but I didn't wanna eat the food and rather get a refund and go somewhere else. I took the food anyways and she slammed the receipt on the counter after shoving the food in my hands and storming off. The food was warm, but soggy and bland, it was all slapped together and my eggs had pieces of ham or other meat of some sort in it. Needless to say, I will NEVER in my life be eating at this place again, no matter the location, no matter the reviews! Terrible service, rude employees, just down right not worth it.

Must be short staffed. From getting seated, to waiting on a waitress, to waiting for our order and waiting on part of it to finally arrive. We got here before 9 am on a Sunday morning. It is now 11:30. 7 of 13 tables in our section are empty, one of which is only partially bussed. There are many people waiting. Food was good enough once received. The bathroom is out of soap. We came with a coupon, but that won't be enough to get repeat business.

Service was decent but the food was awful the mashed potatoes were still cold like they didnt even try to warm them up the green beans had no flavor didnt even taste like garlic butter was used just tasted like watered down butter my country fried gravy had no flavor had to use alot of salt and pepper to it my wifes chicken and waffles was decent the chicken was seasoned ok but the waffles was still doughey in the middle would not go back and the back ground music was Jamaican/regaie wasnt really expecting that but honestly it was better than the food
Wait staff were extraordinary. Everything cooked perfectly. Staff went out of their way to make my family comfortable

Took over 50 minutes for chicken strips & fries , I also ordered hotcakes to go . Don’t recommend @ all . If you have the patience to wait that long for you food I guess this would be a good option . I won’t be back

Customer service is very terrible. Need to train wait staff in being friendly and attentive to the customer. Need to pay attention to the food before bringing it to the table. It took the waitress 10 mins to greet us and get drink orders. order fries as an appetizer, it came out after our meals. Had to keep reminding the waitress about my stack of pancakes that I still never got, the only good thing was the bacon & fluffy toast. The floor under the table before we sat down was very dirty. I was very disappointed with this visit I am usually satisfied with IHOP but today was a disappointment. Please train your staff better
