I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak for lunch and turned out pretty well. I would have liked for more seasoning on the sandwich. The size of the sandwich and the amount of toppings you get make up for the high price. The sandwiches (size by size) are bigger than the Steak Escape nearby. The overall flavor is better as well. You won't leave here hungry.
The staff here aren't overly friendly and seemed bothered by your presence. Wait times can vary here. There is usually a good size line, regardless on when you arrive. Dining room tables can fill up very quickly, depending on the time or what day it is. Weekends are very crowded here.
Regardless, this is still a good place to eat. It can be expensive to eat here. Look at an online menu before placing an order.

I went there for the pastrami sandwich, but they didn’t have any pastrami. They just stared at me waiting to order a different sandwich. Didn’t even apologize nor tried to sell a different option. NO customer service. We’re not asking questions nor being attentive. Will not be back. Food was not the problem, servers not being interested in selling food.

We waited for over 10 minutes at this location for our order to be taken, one of the employees there not sure if she was a manager or not had the most hateful look on her face every time she looked at us. We will never stop back by this location. Do better Jersey Mike’s! Hire people who actually care about customer service!

Got me a large hot sub the big Kahuna with extra cheese and got home and it was burnt. Definitely the worst sub I've ever had from there. When I tried to call the line was constantly busy.
We were visiting from Indiana, and I am used to my local Jersey Mike's franchises having slow and sloppy service. But this place rocks! We were in during lunch rush and I swear they must've had at least 10 people working, all with great attitudes and working hard. This is by far the best managed Jersey Mike’s I have ever been in. This place runs like a NASCAR pit crew. Amazing team!
