We waited for over 10 minutes at this location for our order to be taken, one of the employees there not sure if she was a manager or not had the most hateful look on her face every time she looked at us. We will never stop back by this location. Do better Jersey Mike’s! Hire people who actually care about customer service!

Got me a large hot sub the big Kahuna with extra cheese and got home and it was burnt. Definitely the worst sub I've ever had from there. When I tried to call the line was constantly busy.

We were visiting from Indiana, and I am used to my local Jersey Mike's franchises having slow and sloppy service. But this place rocks! We were in during lunch rush and I swear they must've had at least 10 people working, all with great attitudes and working hard. This is by far the best managed Jersey Mike’s I have ever been in. This place runs like a NASCAR pit crew. Amazing team!

Leaving mad after an employee interrupted me the customer and another employee. The gentleman who interrupted my conversation was only there to bag food not prepare it. Will never return for years to come.

On my way home stopped to get 2 xl subs. Asked if they offered a military discount. Cashier told me only if in uniform? I am a disabled veteran showed my id. Won’t go to this location ever. Once my order was ready, I was asked if I wanted a bag? Poor customer service.
Tried to call at 3:43pm, it went to voicemail said the were to busy to answer the phone. Walk in a couple minutes & you have 3 employees standing around talking. Once they get to work they are fast and once a woman worker shows up they stayed busy. Sandwiches are okay, no pepperjack cheese all white bread.

Worst, and most expensive steak sandwich I’ve ever had. All bread, no meat or toppings to speak of. Mayonnaise was the most disgusting I’ve ever tasted. Never again!
