Absolutely the worst chicken I've ever had heard random curse words and stuff coming from kitchen, Chicken looked absolutely horrible honestly won't recommend and never will go back sadly!!!!!!! I usually go every morning and it's been the same for over a month now.

The manager at this particular location (South Charleston WV in case it doesn't show) is just awesome! They didn't have all of the pieces of a crispy bucket I wanted so she gave me 1 free breast upgrade and 2 free thighs, she was so easy to work with and definitely was there to please her customers! I hope good things come her way!

I wish there was a zero star option. Due to a KFC SYSTEM TECHNICAL ERROR, the staff, including the good-for-nothing manager, becomes incompetent and denied me my food despite waiting in line AND charging me. To top it off, they tried to gaslight us into believing we canceled the order! Do not eat here!!!
Chicken is often dry & if you have anything out of the ordinary they will get it wrong. If you want some free extra food just go here. They will get it wrong then have them remake it. It’s understaffed like most fast food places.
