Food was fresh out of the fryer. The manager was very nice and had a good handle on making sure they were prepared for the evening. She cares about customer service. She proudly showed me her award for outstanding service to the company. I loved it.

Took my wife and son there to eat after a foot ball game. Was one of the best kfc's I've been to in years. Quick service. Everyone is quick to help greeting us with a smile. When I see a team of people this is what I'd like to see. Had to even speaking with the manager Mel just to let her know how impressed with her store I am.

When did KFC change their fried chicken seasoning and coating recipe?? I haven't had an 8 pc bucket for years and this one unfortunately was the very worst fried chicken I've ever tasted. It now tastes like flour with a little seasoning in it. The taste is nothing like the 23 spices, etc that The Colonal developed. I always like to find a positive within a negative. But, this time it's obvious that the corporate bean counters in concert with their R & D cooks have come up a coating and flavor that I just could not recommend. Forget their their once spectacular chicken. It's now in the far corner of the basement of fried chickens. No mas! It's unfortunate.
BTW: Seems they changed the french fries from the best tasting in the industry to some coated slurry tasting fries. UGH!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with the quality of food and hospitality! It was hot, juicy and delicious. The store was clean with plenty of seating. I love the decor, very welcoming and warm! You can tell the management staff takes pride in this store. I was greeted by a very friendly cashier who helped me choose the most accommodating dinner deal for my picky eaters. I just had a wonderful experience all around and will definitely be back. Thanks again for the delicious meal and great customer service!
