Saw the Hot and Ready sign lit up and knew there was a delicious donut in there waiting on me and I was not disappointed. Glazed original of course, nearly melted in my mouth. So I ate another one. Dunkin Who?

Hot and ready sign sadly wasn’t on but that didn’t stop us. There was a large line in the drive thru when we arrived so we had no issue going inside. To our surprise the case was entirely stocked and we got all of our first and second choices. Also, they got the line completely gone by the time we walked out with our donuts. Great work!

The entire staff acted like it was a bother to package a few doughnuts, Lucas didn’t even get our order right. Wasted money. If you want friendly staff go to Dunkin. If you must have Krispy Kreme you are better off hitting up speedway or even McDonalds.

Disappointed with My Order and Customer Service
I was really looking forward to enjoying a dozen cream- and custard-filled donuts last Friday, but unfortunately, every single one was completely empty—no filling at all! I even broke them open to double-check. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of customer service.
When I called the store (which is 45 minutes away), they told me they couldn’t help unless I came back, which wasn’t an option. I then reached out to the company’s customer service line, provided all my details, and never received a follow-up—not even an email or a call.
I paid nearly $17 for my favorite donuts, only to get hollow shells, and the company made no effort to make things right. A simple response or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank, and I have photos to prove the issue.
It’s frustrating when a business doesn’t value its customers—hopefully, they improve both their quality control and their customer service. (I have the photos but can't post keep getting a google error message)
